Established in 1999, it offers air conditioning solutions to homes and businesses in the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, and Eastern Suburbs. In June 2012, we opened a branch office covering Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. At both branch locations, we offer the same products, attention to detail, and customer service as we do here on the Northern Beaches.

Good installation experience. Very poor after sales service
Very prompt service when quoting for the new heating and AC system. Installation was timely and professional. However, when things start to wrong the follow-up work to troubleshoot and repair becomes problematical at best. It took most of the winter, without heating, to get it fixed as they “no longer do heating” and passed the buck on getting it repaired to the manufacturer who in turn told me to “go to the yellow pages”. Nice.
And now the AC system, just in time for summer, has failed. Many calls have been placed with promises to call back but alas radio silence.
I would not recommend them based on their after sales “care”.

Yep, it's a fair cop. You've been more than patient, Richard. What happens with warranty on these systems, and air conditioners as well, is that the manufacturer provides the warranty for the actual systems themselves. As accredited dealers, we warrant the installation. We, along with many others, stopped installing gas furnaces some time ago due to the low volume and high frequency of service calls. You got stuck in a revolving door between our service people, Actron & Kirby. The latter, who supplied the original furnace, has now stopped that side of their business, which hasn't helped at all. Anyway, I'm on it now and hope for a speedy solution.

This is the second Air-conditioning system I have had installed by Colin and his team at Peninsula.. they’ve done an absolutely fantastic job both times. I always go by word-of-mouth and I was recommended to Colin by a close friend who had his Air-conditioning done by Peninsular. From start to finish they’re just fantastic and. The workmanship was outstanding. I’ve recommended to myself to close friends who views them as well great work.
