Pencarrie continue to prove why they’re one of the best suppliers we work with. The products are solid, the ordering system is straightforward, but what genuinely sets them apart is the people behind the scenes.

We recently had to sort a returns issue and Sarah from Customer Returns was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, funny, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The sort of person who turns what could be a frustrating admin job into an enjoyable conversation.

There was plenty of laughter along the way, including me confidently getting “navy” wrong and creating what is now officially known as the “donkey 🫏 incident”… but Sarah handled everything with patience, humour and professionalism.

In business, especially in print and clothing production, mistakes and adjustments happen. What matters is how companies respond, and Pencarrie consistently respond with positivity, common sense and real human customer service. It never feels robotic or scripted. Their team actually care, and that makes a massive difference.

Great customer service. Elaine was amazing explaining everything to me as it can all feel overwhelming. Super friendly very professional and couldn’t recommend enough.

The customer support team at Pencarrie are always very helpful when I call for returns and issues with delivery. Nothing is too much trouble and the question is always resolved very swiftly and effectively. The team always give their name so you know who you are speaking to, which makes it much more personal service.

From start to finish, Sarah has been extremely professional, from clarifying every order to organising a bulk order of 120 cartons in a single day. I couldn’t recommend Pencarrie highly enough.

The entire office team is not only friendly but also consistently helpful, and our on the road representative, Ellis, always goes above and beyond to help us achieve exactly what we need.

Sarah was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to forward over the size charts I needed for an issue I was dealing with, and even guided me on how best to respond to my customer.

Her approach was professional, friendly and genuinely supportive throughout. It made such a difference, especially as customer service experiences can often feel quite stressful. If all customer service was like Sarah’s, things would run much more smoothly in life!
