Good introduction by phone to Greg Vaughan to enquire about being mis sold a FSAVC from a previous financial advisor some 33 years ago regarding my pension.

I came across Greg because I had seen some ads about FSAVC and mis-selling may have occurred. I chose to contact Greg because of positive reviews and the fact that his service was personal and individual.
He thought that I had a possible case and my insurance company eventually offered around £2000. I was surprised and although they said that was a final offer Greg suggested that a recalculation using different criteria might be worthwhile. The insurance company did not want to increase compensation. Taking the matter to the Ombudsman was another option which I eventually took.

Recently, I had the good fortune to deal with “Greg Vaughan Financial Services Ltd” on a very complicated claim for mis-sold FSAVC’s, fortunately for me, it was managed by Greg, who handled the whole process with passion and personal commitment. He was just brilliant, hard working and treated you like you were his only client. His attention to detail, was just on another level and demonstrated an incredible grasp of all the various issues and complex contracts going back many many years, which were necessary to make a successful claim.
