Pension Pulse have provided a fantastic service in helping me review my current pension position and transfer a workplace pension into a private pension. The transfer itself has been a drawn out process due to the slow actions of my poorly performing workplace scheme (managed by Capita) who felt obstructive at times but Pension Pulse have reassured me and communicated well throughout the process. The transfer has now completed successfully and I'm very pleased that Pension Pulse were there to help me through it.

I had been putting off a full review of my 6 workplace pensions for some time as it was such a daunting task. I knew where my pensions were and also knew that some of them were not performing brilliantly and admin fees were high on some.
We all have such busy lives with work and family it was another task I couldn’t face.
I am so glad I found Pension Pulse as they were extremely professional and supportive throughout the process and fulfilled what I wanted to achieve. They listened to me and didn’t rush me at all whilst gently guiding me through the entire process. They had to chase me a few times which was not annoying at all (I needed the reminders)! All has now been concluded and i look forward to the next few years where I will hopefully reap the benefits of their advice and management of my pension.

I could say so much about my experience but will stick to the facts.
