It's been over five years with PeoplesHost having on-boarded 2 of my clients with them. Their plans are reasonable, feature rich, technologically up-to-date and it's quick and easy to go about getting things done.

But nothing beats how their support team - Philip and Jared, who I've interacted with most, are second to none. From day one, they've been knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely friendly (empathetic) - making the world a better place.

And extremely quick and professional too; they ensure everything runs smoothly - they actually take measures and guide you when they realise it's needed. When you need their support, their reliability and professionalism helps heaps - a great deal of stress is taken care of by them.

Philip and Jared are true assets to PeoplesHost, and I'm grateful for their dedication.

Phillip on the support team is incredibly helpful, courteous, and informative. We are very pleased with PeoplesHost and our VPS services. They were able to migrate us from a shared server, almost seamlessly, and Phillip helped us achieve our PCI compliance required for our business, by updating and modifying some server settings.

Smarterasp downtime and had lots of issues so I moved to PeoplesHost on some recommendations and loving every minute of it. The support is fantastic and they did an excellent job moving my website over. Can't thank them enough!!

I've had PeopleHost hosting several web sites over the past 20+ years and not once have they let me down.
They have even helped solve programming and configuration issues (MojoPortal). There is no end to their support and up time.

Extremely pleased with PeoplesHost! I recently became a customer of theirs, due to my dissatisfaction with a web hosting company that I have used for many, many years. They implemented a new website builder for their customers, and told us all that we would have to rebuild our websites FROM SCRATCH. The website builder we had all used for YEARS, on their hosting program, was no longer available. We were told that we needed to make our sites "mobile friendly", and there was NO WAY for us to simply copy and paste our current content into the new website builder.

Needless to say, a large part of their client base - of which I am one small part - was appalled. Many of us have multiple websites hosted with them, and took hours, weeks, and months to build those sites. I have called them, participated in their community forums, and emailed - to no avail. They said we could PAY them to put our content into the new website builder, but if we did not wish to do that, we would have to start over again from scratch.

They are NOT one of the least expensive hosts, and I have several websites with them, with LOADS of pages.

So,...I started looking for a different web hosting company. After reading hundreds of options, and many reviews, I decided to go with PeoplesHost. Their prices are reasonable, their uptime is wonderful, and you can reach them on the phone, via chat, via email, or via a support ticket. It does NOT take long to get someone on the phone, either.

They have many options for building your website, and if one program is not a good fit for you, they will offer another. They have helped me over and over and over again - patiently, with geniality, promptness, intelligent knowledge, and prompt action.

I am definitely going through a learning curve lesson, using a different site builder, BUT, I could not be happier with PeoplesHost. When they say they are going to do something - they get it done!

Call them, if you are considering having your sites hosted with PeoplesHost, and see for yourself. I do not think you will be disappointed.

A friend highly recommended PeoplesHost, and I now know why they love them after six months. Chat support is very responsive and resolves any issue I've had very quickly. Peoples host service is so good that i have actually decided to take the time to write up a review. I NEVER write reviews ever! With service this great at such affordable prices i feel ethically inclined to let it be know. PEOPLESHOST for the win. Genuinely hope they manage to keep uo the good work for generations too come. I went through numerous hosting companies but since finding peopleshost my search has been over! The admin seems to be available at ALL hours of the day. They are more than helpful setting up and maintaining things. My website was having growth pains and peopleshost was able to provide an affordable and stable solution. I cannot recommend them enough!
