features. Support is also very good, which is a great comfort in a world where

Service is very good as the team help out with questions that we have. Example on workflow setup and AI bot setup.

We adopted Pepper Cloud AI CRM a while back mainly because we kept losing track of customer inquiries — messages coming in from WhatsApp, Facebook and different channels and nobody was quite sure who was following up on what. That's genuinely fixed now, which was the main thing I cared about. Honestly, the best part has just been having one place where everyone can see the same info instead of five different spreadsheets and chat threads. We also send our WhatsApp broadcasts through CRM, which has worked well for us.
We've started using some of the AI and workflow automation features too — still figuring out how to use them fully, but the parts we've set up have cut down on repetitive manual work.

We've been using Pepper Cloud for a while now, and it's made our day-to-day work much easier.
