Purchase experience was smooth had purchased a bench which was delivered as displayed. The assisted buying team had helped with the selection of the product as per my requirement.

I ordered a bed and the mattress. The delivery for the bed and the mattress was well managed by the team to ensure while the bed is delivered the mattress is also been delivered. The bed was also installed quickly once it was delivered. The quality of both products is good

Purchased multiple products from Pepperfry and very satisfied with the quality comfort and durability of all the products.

I recently ordered a cabinet and its was a good purchase. Their services are really good and the delivery team in on point.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced.

From the very beginning, the handling of my project was completely chaotic. I was assigned a representative (Meena) who initially committed that the material would be delivered on a specific date, work would start immediately after, and the project would be closed by the 9th, or at the latest, the 10th. These commitments were clearly communicated and acknowledged.

After this, everything went downhill.

I was informed later that Meena was unwilling to take calls or take responsibility for the project. Repeated calls from my end went unanswered, and there was not even the basic courtesy of a callback. When I raised this issue with her earlier the same day, she assured me that she would call back — which never happened even till 9 PM.

To make matters worse, I was then informed that the material delivery promised for the next day was also being delayed — completely contradicting what was committed earlier. This shows absolute mismanagement, false assurances, and zero accountability.

I remained polite and patient throughout, hoping for professionalism, but this was clearly taken for granted. The lack of communication, broken promises, and casual attitude toward customer commitments are shocking for a brand like Pepperfry. If this is how employees operate, it seriously damages the company’s credibility and reputation.

This is not just a delay — it is a complete failure in customer handling, ownership, and service ethics.

I am now forced to escalate and take formal action because this kind of behavior cannot be ignored. I strongly advise anyone considering Pepperfry to think twice, unless you are prepared to deal with unanswered calls, false commitments, and complete irresponsibility.

I placed an order for the office table and chair. The order was delivered within the promised timeframe and the installation process with also smooth. The chair delivered is also comfortable for long duration and overall it was a great purchase experience.

Overall purchase experience was awesome. Seamless delivery, all updates were received on time and also delivery staff was polite. Keep it up.

Same as others experience, bad customer care. Bought a wardrobe 4-5years back, requested help to dismantle. Totally refused, not even on payment they agreed to send their carpenter to dismantle the wardrobe. It is as they know once dismantled the product is flimsy, the pieces will become unusable. Engineer Wooden furniture is not recommendable from this site. May buy recliner or other stuff. But

Worst experience. Sofa looks fine from outside, but the cushions are made with very cheap scrap , not used cotton. They are charging premium prices but delivering low-quality filling. Completely misleading and not worth the money.

Recently purchased a 3 Door Wardrobe and the delivery was completed within timeline & the assembly if the product was also conducted on the same day. Like the way PepperFry has handle my order.
