This is a scam. I ordered Yellow Rattle seeds and unfortunately did not research this site. I cancelled the order 3 days later when I realized it was not a reputable site. 2 months later, I am still fighting for my refund from them. I have emailed them back and forth over 20 times. They finally refunded me half what I paid. They just kept repeating "refund is in process". I finally contacted American Express. DO NOT ORDER from Peppyfarmer.com

Chinese seeds that aren't even seeds but dust
I don't recommend them!

I purchased some seeds from Peppy Farmer. The delivery was late. I asked for a refund form. Satish played back and forth for 11 days, never sending the refund form. I wish I would have looked at Trustpilot first vs just the Google review

I received my seeds but none of the packages were labeled. I have reached out to customer service several times and their response is they sent what I ordered. This is very disappointing as I spent $68.00 for perennial seeds which I have no idea what each of the 7 packages respresent. Therefore, I do not know how, where to plant for effective spacing and growing. I expect better from a seed company.

Sent packets unlabeled. I don’t even know what’s what. Some of the seeds in different packets are the same seeds. Total ripoff! I sent an email that has gone unanswered.

Seeds arrived in shady packets one not labeled and the other two with very vague terms I’m not sure what I received is actually what I ordered. As per their policy on their website which is if you’re unhappy for any reason you can file a return claim within seven days of receiving your order. My pepper seeds were crushed when they came, I received one packet completely unlabeled. The customer service was incredibly poor and snarky. I believe this is a money scheme to send you terrible seeds and keep your money. They have no intention to help you with a return. Broken English attitude. When I sent a screenshot of their customer return policy TO CUSTOMER SERVICE to back my claim they claimed the return window is closed. It hasn’t even been 7 days AND I emailed them the day I received my order in the mail. I would heed warning to others NOT to purchase from this greedy company. You can’t be sure they’re the seeds you’re actually receiving. And customer service won’t help you at all despite their return service policy.

Peppy Farmer/Smart Kart, LLC is a fraud. They sell specialty seeds under the name of Peppy Farmer. Takes a couple of weeks to receive the seeds but the seeds are radish seeds. Contacting the company results in a series of emails and questions (around 6 emails in my case) but NEVER a refund. They are a fraud.

The website says their business address is in New Mexico, but they ship, eventually, from China. Who knows what the seeds actually are or if they will germinate. Now under “company information” is the name Smart Kart, instead of Peppy Farmer. This should have tipped me off right away, but unfortunately this was the only company that sells wax flower seeds. Time will tell if that was money down the drain. Customer service did reply to my inquiry about where the shipment was, but the rep used incorrect grammar, further leading me to believe the company was in no way based in the U.S.

Ordered 3 packs of Zoysia grass seed from this company and received 1 pack of Angelica seed. The company refused to correct the mistake or refund my payment.
