Cuando Adquiri el servicio no tenia mucho conocimiento acerca de como entrar de manera remota a mi maquina virtual y enseguida hable con los de soporte y enseguida me respondieron y me indicaron como hacerlo, son la mejor empresa y super recomendada, lo mas importante en un servicio es el soporte y esta empresa tiene el mejor soporte de todos.

I’ve been using Peramix VPS for a while now, and the experience has been really solid since the day i started using them. The server performance is fast and stable — no random downtime, and the speeds are consistently good even during peak hours.

Setup was quick, everything activated instantly, and the control panel is easy to work with. What really stood out to me is their support team. Every time I’ve reached out with a question, they’ve responded fast and actually helped, not just copied generic replies.

For the price, the value is seriously impressive. If you’re looking for a reliable VPS with strong performance and helpful support, Peramix is definitely worth considering.

When I saw their T&Cs, I found them extremely unusual.
🚩When I commented on the red flags, they blocked me from Facebook, which means they are afraid of their T&C getting exposed..
Here is my findings:
1. Security & Liability Shifting
Peramix states: “The customer is solely responsible for any breaches of security… If a customer’s server is attacked, it will be de-activated… the customer is responsible for the cost to fix any damage done.”
Many providers will suspend or isolate compromised servers, but Peramix goes further by explicitly billing the customer for staff time to “rectify damage.” This creates open-ended liability for you.

2. Excessive Penalties for Late Payment
Clause: “Invoices are assessed a late fee of 100% of the total monthly invoice amount.”
This is extraordinarily punitive—most hosts impose a late fee of 5–15%, or at worst suspend services. A 100% fee essentially doubles your bill if you’re even one day late.

3. Refund Policy
“All payments… are non-refundable under any condition.”
Industry comparison: most reputable providers allow at least partial refunds (pro-rated, 7-day grace, or SLA credits). Peramix’s blanket no-refund stance is harsher than standard.

4. Service Suspension / Cancellation
Clause: “Peramix reserves the right to suspend service… without prior notification… All accounts of the Customer in question will be deactivated until investigation is complete. No credit will be given.”
Standard practice is to suspend only the affected service and issue a warning. Peramix reserves the right to suspend all your accounts instantly, no notice.

5. Administrative / Processing Fees
Clause: “Peramix reserves the right to charge you reasonable administrative or processing fees…”
Vague language: “reasonable” isn’t defined. Other hosts only charge extra for clearly outlined overages or professional services. This leaves room for surprise fees.

6. Extremely Harsh SPAM/UCE Policy
“Sending a message to more than five recipients is, by itself, spamming unless they specifically requested to be added.”
Most providers define spam around bulk unsolicited messages. Peramix’s “>5 recipients = spam” rule is stricter than industry norms—it could penalize even legitimate small newsletters.

7. Data & Content Responsibility
Peramix explicitly absolves itself: “Customer is responsible for backups… Peramix will not accept responsibility for any data loss.”
While standard providers also disclaim liability, most offer automated backups or optional backup services. Here, the language implies you’re fully on your own.

8. Payment Terms (Mid-cycle price changes)
“Peramix reserves the right to modify the pricing of each service, mid-cycle, and without prior warning.”
This is very unusual. Most providers lock pricing for the billing cycle you’ve paid for and only adjust on renewal.

I only highlighted the unusual clauses in your Terms & Conditions — it’s up to customers to decide what they think. But blocking users on social media for raising valid questions instead of responding transparently is a 🚩red flag.

Your reply feels generic and doesn’t address the specific issues raised. Real transparency means engaging honestly, not using templated statements or silencing feedback.

I am transfering my sites from my present web hosting to Peramix and I had a great surprise with the speed and great quality from the support team. Fast, polite and experts.

Overall good service but they have several points to improve, the service is relatively fast, they usually respond in 10-25 minutes. However, there are usually several service outages of 5 to 80 minutes for no apparent reason around 1 or 3 times a week, and when I was the victim of a ddos attack, their "ddos protection" simply "disconnected/deactivated" the internet on my vps leaving me unable to use it for several hours.

its a good cloud provider i use vps , domain and host on peramix server about a year .
