Outrageous. 8 days after over £160 order placed - no communication received apart from the initial email confirming the order. The website says order being processed, customer service doesn't reply to emails. At this point the quality of the garments won't matter to me at all, assuming I'm going to receive them eventually. I know there are other companies which provide quality and great customer service in this price range. I wanted to try this one because of Reddit recommendations. I will never order from them again. My advice is: avoid them.

Paid 100 quid for a knit wool top and having worn it a couple of times it has almost doubled in size to the point that it looks ridiculous and is it unwearable. The sizing is all askew e.g. the arms are stupid long and the body short. Will never buy again. Quality my eye.

The clothes are nice. The deals were good although they declined my topcashback for no obvious reason, they added 10% more off after i purchased and despite the sizings being questionable they effectively seem to charge you for accepting a return for a refund which i'm sure used to be unlawful. Anyway, i requested an exchange for a larger size- which was very slow in being turned around. My last minor gripe was the use of made in England bags on clothing that wasn't and clearly stated other countries on the labels. So I'd use again but not as smooth an operation as they could be.

If I could give them a minus 1 star I would . Ordered last Thursday and never received any acknowledgement of order , I sent 3 emails and 2 messages on Instagram and nothing . They claim they never received any messages or emails , I sent them copies so they can’t deny this . This morning after sending another email , they said goods will be sent out today …. But hold on … now out of stock . Shambles . Avoid this company .

I was slightly nervous about ordering given some of the reviews on here. My only gripe is that the sizing is very inconsistent. I did have to return 2 items for a refund. We’re delayed with Royal Mail, however the comms was great and refund was issued without a problem. Clothes are great quality and value too.

Returned a jacket which they received on 12th Feb 2026 and still no refund . I’d never buy from this company again .

Maybe I have been lucky but have been very impressed by this company.
I ordered 3 tops. I normally order 3xl but only 2xl available. I ordered anyway and hoped I could get away with it.
Order arrived within a few days and great communication along the way.
Items were as they appeared on site and excellent quality.
Unfortunately 2 items were too short and had to reyu4n them.
Emails to confirm refund had been made were received within days.
Hope they consider adding 3xl to their range as I would gladly buy again.

Long processing times. Partial refund even though the item was faulty with no communication on this. A full refund should have occurred

Ordered and paid for some clothes 12 days ago. Still not despatched. Emailed customer service 3 days ago - no reply. A bit of a shambles sadly.

Bought a ‘water resistant’ ‘practical for winter’ cagoule (their words) which was so thin and absolutely 100% not practical for winter. I also cannot see how it is in anyway water resistant it certainly doesn’t look it or have any of the usual type of water resistant labelling on it. As well as that, it was too large anyway so returned it only to find they take £3.50 for return postage! I paid £5 postage for it to be sent which wasn’t even a fast delivery service. To charge customers for returns on items that where so blatantly mis-described is just not on. Will never buy from them again and I would be VERY careful before buying anything.

I only just discovered Peregrine in last couple of months but so happy found them. Great items of clothing, really well made, and with the knitwear british wool made in british factories and british designs which is great because you know that you are not buying clothes made in a sweatshop. With buying 'ethical fashion' you might pay a bit more initially but things are really well made and you might potentially have an item of clothing for a long time. They do good discounts for new shoppers, or black friday or january sales and I have picked up some lovely items at full price and really discounted prices. Worth making a purchase and signing up to their newsletter. I found delivery to be excellent, and returns also very good, really good comms too.

The perfect, travel companion! Just returned from a one month trip to Europe...it was my go to jacket most of the time. Would highly recommend it - impressed by the quality of a jacket (go a size up), the price point (exceptionally good), and the fact that it is made in Great Britain.

Fun Fact: my 93-year-old mother-in-law saw me wearing the jacket on a FaceTime call while we were in Italy and remarked on how good the jacket looked on me...and that's a first :-)

A true modern British heritage brand. Beautifully sourced materials and a great range of products. I love all the many clothes I have purchased from them and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Their stuff is massive the sizing is wrong…..2 weeks for a return in 2025 and printed only labels…..everyone else does proper tech I don’t even have a printer.

I bought a wonderful long rain coat, great quality and I have always had great customer service from this company! It is so nice to have a reply from a human being!! Great quality!! Will buy again!

Over the last few years I have purchased many items of clothing from Peregrine, each time I have been so impressed by the quality of their products, it’s great supporting a British brand with sustainability at heart. My most recent purchase has been one of their Farley Shirts, which is possibly the most comfortable shirt I have ever worn.

I bought Pergrine’s Chore Jacket from Marks and Spencer. All of the buttons came off within a couple of weeks and the stitching of the label shows through on the outside of the back. That shows insufficient attention to detail inspection and casts doubt on the garment’s quality.

I ordered the Belmont cotton blazer after seeking advice about sizing from the support team. I didn’t want the hassle of returning it. The blazer has arrived in good time but is too big.

The sizing information on the Peregrine website is confusing. A model with a 40 inch chest wearing a much bigger jacket (large) than the size chart suggests (XS).

Based on my size I was advised to purchase the XL even though I was told the jacket ‘comes up large’ which doesn't make any sense at all.

So how would I rate the support? Very poor indeed. Also no return slip or instructions in the package. Also very poor.

Responsive and professional customer service. I once purchased an item in the wrong size, and the exchange was handled smoothly and without any issues. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
