Absolutely beautiful jewellery, goes above and beyond, remembered me from the charms ordered through alder hey when my little girl passed away. Cant put into words the comfort this gave me! Amazing seller to deal with, has great products and efficient delivery

Extremely fast delivery of the charm and beautifully presented in a little bag, well wrapped for the post. A lovely handwritten message from Georgina as well was a very nice touch. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Very prompt & fantastic service. As it was a graduation present she messaged me to find out the graduation date so it could be delivered on time & as it was going straight to the recipient not me asked if I wanted a message putting with it. Wouldn't hesitate to use Georgina again.

Great service, very easy and fast to communicate with. Will definitely buy again.

Gorgeous charm! Super cute and shiny! I was super impressed with the presentation as well; charm was neatly wrapped in tissue paper inside a small organza bag with a handwritten note. Will definitely be buying from perfect charm again, thank you so much!

I orderer a customised pendant.
Georgina is so kind and helpful.
The charm is very beautiful, with a customised hallmark. 😍
I highly recommend!

Fast and personal response coupled with swift dispatch. Item was perfect 😍

I was delighted with the bracelet and charm and it was wrapped up perfectly along with a hand written note - which made it just charming.

Great product with great service. Easy to order via email, with all queries answered promptly. Product delivered quickly within a few days.

What a wonderful company. Georgina went over & above. The finger print I had wasn’t clear enough to use but with software, managed to clean it up to use. I ordered a silver heart charm, it’s so beautiful. I’m delighted with it.
I’d highly recommend & am going to get something else.
Thank you again Georgina.

I ordered 4 silver disc charms with my deceased husbands finger print on..he would have found it really amusing! Georgina was so helpful from start to finish, and we love the end results..each one a little different. I highly recommend Perfectcharm for that bespoke service, fast delivery and brilliant communication. Thank you so much 😊

The wrong thing was engraved by machine not hand and when approached the company denied they were wrong.

The charms were perfect and speedy delivery 😊 thank you

Very helpful with a bespoke request to match a handprint charm I already had. Very easy and efficient process. Really pleased with the completed piece - Georgina was so nice and helpful about it all. Delighted!
