Wrong item sent. Item I ordered not in stock. Currently waiting on a refund and collection of incorrect item. So far nothing concrete just a lot of back and forth. I wait in anticipation for a good outcome.

had some teething issues. texted on wats app. resolved same day. tracked parcel via wats app. delivered 4 days to KZN from payment.
I guess the warrantee is the receipt of purchase as none was received.

Tracking Reference
It would help if the racking reference is provided sooner. For a 3-5 day delivery if reference is provided by the courier 3 or more days later it does help. Also to clarify on the tracking page that it is a tracking reference from the courier and not any other order reference

I did not get what was advertised
I did not get what was advertised. Advertisement said to jugs but I only received 1. And then they said it is a error but it is still advertised as 2 jugs! And I've paid A LOT OF MONEY. IT WAS R480 per blender and now all the sudden it is R189.
Terrible!!!!! And refused to refund me!!!!
