Perfect Glazing Reviews 

I’m not a usually one to write a negative review but feel I need to help possible future customers of perfect glazing.
At the start all was good, very slick salesman, which should have rang alarm bells.
After the window fit two of the three windows dropped and are unable to open or close.
I tried to get in touch with customer service to hopefully book an engineer to fix the problem and this where the real difficulties began.
This company does not have a customer service telephone number, all there complaints are dealt with via e mail which I discovered after three emails were not answered.
I called the sales department on the off chance but they were well briefed both times I got through as the put me on hold to find the Calendar and organise a visit and both times the phone was hung up after a while.
If you want expensive sub standard windows and fitting wit no customer service then this is the company for you.
Please take my advise and that of others and give perfect glazing or what ever they are calling themselves to get their salesman through your door, a massive body swerve.

From our very first contact with Perfect Glazing, we have been so impressed with the whole experience. Eddie came out to see us and talked us through what they could offer, and a visit to their showroom gave us the chance to see the quality of their products for ourselves. Garry then took the time to sit with us, listen to our ideas and help us work out what would work best for our home. We never felt rushed or pressured, and when we were ready to go ahead, Eddie and Garry were both brilliant at helping us finalise our designs.

Then came fitting day! Robby and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The workmanship is beautiful, the quality of the windows and doors is top-notch, and they were incredibly careful and respectful while working in our home. Even when a couple of little hiccups came up, they were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. From Eddie's first visit, to Garry helping us bring our ideas to life, and then Robby and his team fitting everything with such care, everyone we've dealt with has been fantastic. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors and so pleased that we chose Perfect Glazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A great service from query to installation, the team are hugely knowledgeable and experienced turning around new bespoke windows in a very short time frame.

I had new windows and door/side panel fitted by this company. The side panel was quite unusual and they went all out to get me what I asked for. I absolutely love it 😀. The fitters where amazing and the work was completed in no time and very efficiently, they were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their product and service they were providing, ensuring everything was left spotless. I had signed up with another company the night before, but thanks to Luca, (sales rep) I canceled and went with this company, he came across very professional, knowledgeable but most importantly for me he was extremely honest. Such an exceptional young man. Gary his manager sealed the deal with the right price and again his knowledge of his product and the market he is in was impressive. I want to thank Rose (sales office) and a huge thank you to Mathew (production line) for working hard to ensure the side panel was exactly what I wanted. There was a bit of and issue with one of the windows and the original side panel supplied, however they went above and beyond to come up with a resolution that I was definitely happy with. Exceptional company and I would 100% recommend them, you WON'T be disappointed. From the initial meeting through to the end result, they did NOT disappoint in any way. Thank you so much Luca, Gary, Rose, Mathew and the two fitters (sorry I forgot your names) I am one extremely happy customer.

Got a front door fitted excellent job workers cleaned up afterwards. Lads were nice and cheery. Great service i recommend this company will certainly be using them in future .

I have just had windows doors and 2 sets of french doors fitted .what a great company to deal with from sales Andy was great and a special thanks to the fitters Robbie Darren and Ricky great guys done a great job to perfection and cleaned up after them selfs aswel .a would recommend this company 100% well done perfect glazing made an Ayrshire guy very happy thanks again to all involved

I had a number of quotes, and found this one very competitive, from an experienced salesman who valued my time.
On installation day, the fitters arrived promptly, were very professional, made little mess, and cleared up behind them.
The quality of the windows has been excellent too. The entire experience from start to finish has been trouble free.
Would strongly recommend Perfect.

We are delighted with our new door. From our first visit by Shay through to the final installation by the two Ians the process has been pretty good. There was a slight administrative hiccup which is hardly worthy of mention but otherwise the procees has been seamless, on time and exactly as quoted. Special mentions to the two fitters who did an excellent job

Just had all my windows and a patio door fitted by Perfect Glazing. I am absolutely over the moon with everything. From my initial home visit with Eddie Gee which was easy and informative to visiting the showroom, ordering (and an amazing price! Dont be fooled that these are not quality windows due to the very competitive price!) To them being fitted today it was brilliant. Jerry and Chris the fitters couldnt have been better. Professional, friendly, tidy and efficient. Answered all my questions and such hard workers. Took literally everything away and even hoovered the floor before leaving. Its a big purchase for me and I would happily recommend this company to anyone else looking. Great quality windows and doors. And also within 3 weeks from intial visit to fitted brilliant timescales. I ordered a door for rear of house. The rep came at the appointed time and gave me good options.

The fitter - Alan - fitted the new door in a couple of hours and was extremely helpful and very tidy.

The door is stunning and already receiving lovely comments from the neighbours. I'm so pleased with the installed product. How refreshing to find a company that meets one's requirements in full. Arranged appointments are kept, prices are competitive and communication is first class. Job completed on the stated day and in the quoted time. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Just had our “Composite door fitted on Monday ”
The choice of doors & design was first class. Gary, sales person, went thru the whole choices we could have with design. The installer arrived as arranged he also explained the process of fitting. Took the old door and frame work away. Swept up any debris, efficient and very helpful. Much appreciated, I could thoroughly recommend “Perfect Glazing”
