I wouldn't say say it was great…
I wouldn't say say it was great experience for me but my Fiancee was extremely happy. What made me happy was the price, the speed of delivery and the fact my Fiancee smells great again.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order through a partner website as I had some vouchers that needed using. The order went through fine but after 5 days the order status had not changed. I contacted them through the partner website and received a message saying the listing was created by mistake and the order could not be fulfilled. But they didn't cancel the order! I had to manually request to cancel the order and Perfume-Essence did not action the cancellation. I had to ask the partner website to cancel the order which took a further two days. I would not recommend this company, really poor customer service and overall a poor experience.
