I love Aisle products, but for the first time I had a major quality/defectiveness issue with a pair of boxers I received. On my first hour of wear, the thread around one leg completely unravelled and the boxers are falling apart. I’ve been trying to get in touch about my issue for a full 4 weeks now and I’ve still gotten no reply. I’ve also tried to contact them on Instagram, and nothing.

I see Aisle ads all the time but unfortunately they now leave a bad taste in my mouth as I’ve been treated so poorly despite being a loyal, returning customer.

Love the products, but sadly the costumer service is horrendous.

On my second order i received a torn pair of underwear. I sent an email, no response for more than a week. Sent a second email, finally had a response asking if i wanted a replacement or a refund and a second email from them asking me to rate their costumer service as my problem was still unsolved. I responded to their email saying I was open to a store credit than no response for more than two weeks. I just sent was is now a forth email trying to have a response. Obviously you cant leave a review on their website. Very disappointed, because I do love their products.

Horrific customer service. I am having a similar experience currently as the reviewer below, namely that I paid for priority shipping and they promise delivery within 5-7 business days, but they retroactively tried to claim that the items were “pre-sale” several days after my purchase, when nothing indicated this on the site, on my receipt, or anywhere else until that gaslighty email several days after the order should have already shipped. It’s only at this same late stage that they also informed me that their items were final sale.
I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order if they couldn’t make it arrive within the 5-7 days but they refused to acknowledge those emails until today, on business day 8, to tell me too late, it shipped now. Except the location is still on the literal other side of the country (as in they just dropped it off at the shipper today) so it won’t be here anytime soon. Maybe next week? And I’ll have to return it and wait ages again before I get refunded… I should have known better than to give them another chance after how badly they screwed up my first order but I was led astray by their Canadian B-corp bona fides into mistaking them for a company that actually cares about their customers. I got some defective merch and some wrong sizes last time, plus a GWP for a fertility tracking kit that was expiring so soon after delivery it wouldn’t have been possible to track a single cycle.
Spend your money elsewhere.

As a first-time customer, I was really excited to try these products, but the experience was deeply frustrating from start to finish.

I placed an order back on August 26th and paid for Priority Shipping so I would have my items in time for my cycle. Priority shipping was promised in 5 to 7 business days, and their site advertises standard Canadian delivery within 2 weeks max.

Nearly three weeks passed with no package, no shipping updates, and no tracking number provided. When I reached out to customer service, my emails went unanswered for weeks. I was later told the items were actually on presale—something that was never stated on the website when I ordered. Even after support promised the order would finally ship "today or tomorrow," another two days passed with no shipping confirmation.

It took leaving public comments on social media, sending multiple emails, and demanding a full cancellation just to get a response and my money back. While I did eventually receive a refund, the severe lack of communication, unfulfilled shipping promises, and total disregard for customer support mean I won't be ordering again.

I hope the company uses this as a learning opportunity to improve their inventory transparency and support policies for future customers.

I have bought several pairs of their period underwear, and i am beyond happy with my purchases. I started out with their leakproof overnight sleeping boxers, and omg this is the first time i have been able to confidently say i can sleep through the night without leakage worries. In pads, or other period underwear i have unfortunately leaked as i have a very heavy flow. They are so heavy duty i dont have to worry. I also ordered Some of their briefs, and they used to have access to their sister company AWWA's products as well, which I purchased directly through their website and love! Their products are similar and of very high quality. 
Last week, I decided to purchase some more pairs, as I am slowly transitioning my wardrobe to be 100% plastic free, and so I placed an order for some of their period thongs.  I just placed the order a few days ago so it hasnt yet arrived, but looking forward to adding these to my collection. I did try and see if I could still buy from their sister company but sadly they don't have them available on the website anymore 🙁
 I do love that they use organic materials instead of synthetic. I have been wearing knix period underwear for several years now, but they stretch out so badly after a year of usage, and they are 1oo% made of synthetic materials.  I have been holding on to the seamless thong versions of my knix because they are a great option to wear to the gym or with anything tighter fitting as a backup method as my menstrual disk leaks sometimes and I havent been able to find a seamless alternative in natural materials. I finally decided to order the Aisle thongs even though they aren't seamless and give those a try.  Hopefully one day they come out with a seamless version !! 

Product arrived in a timely manner and was efficiently packaged. Note that the company does not give monetary refunds. Store credit only. Also note that the reusable pads are sold separately from panties in some cases. Panties on their own are over-priced and unattractive. Website is very woke in body-positivity. I won't be shopping from them again.
