Got the survey request BUT not received perfume !
Dispatched on 28th July but as yet still no arrived (1st August) however as received request for feedback am to date rating as average as the cart has come before the horse and as not got perfume on 5th day will chase up with company on Monday to chase up !

You've picked standard free delivery, which means that once the package ships, it's in the responsibility of Royal Mail. Your order left our warehouse as confirmed, which means we can't trace its whereabouts anymore.
Royal Mail isn't happy to investigate before quite a bit of time has passed, so the only thing you can do for now is wait, unfortunately. For other steps, please call us on 0800 078 9517 or send us an email to info@perlago.com - we'll then see what to do after RM's waiting time has passed.

Perfect service from Perlago
This was the first time I'd shopped from Perlago so I was a bit unsure as whether the perfume I'd ordered would be genuine. I'm very pleased to say that it was and for an excellent price cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen and with free delivery. I will 100% be shopping with them again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Good service
The service and communication was excellent also the Web site is easy to use and understand but was disappointed in the packaging as when I received it the box was not sealed and the top of the box was open and the spray cap which is separate was loose in the very large packing envelope which in was sent in so it was moving all over the place. So I might not use them again very disappointed because of this.

what can I say....ive only bought one item....up to now but I will be getting more. I ordered euphoria by calvin klein. I had run out and just no time for shopping so thought I would look online and stumbled on this site by accident! im sooooo pleased. last one I got a few months ago was £38 in superdrug.......with Perlago I paid £19!!! AND free delivery AND it came in a couple of days, no waiting 10 days because it was free postage. cant fault it and I will be back :-)

Excellent price and free quick delivery. I will definitely buy from you again. I recommend it to others as well. However, not all perfumes are cheap here so do look around and compare price before buying.
