I was a little wary about using this company because of the mixed reviews but my experience with them was excellent and 5*. Trish was incredibly helpful turning my cutout around in 24 hours and the quality of the end product is fantastic. Thank you!

Not a real company. Payment via website doesn't work so got sent a paypal link but now realise the whole company is a scam as every week I am promised a delivery on Friday yet no delivery and no tracking number.

Ordered a custom cardboard cutout from PC cutouts for my grandsons Son’s 6th birthday party. it was such a hit! All the kids loved it. The cutout was amazing. He loved the surprise and we would definitely use them again.

Terrible company, selling unlicensed products. I spoke to one of their employees Patricia and asked about the licensing of a particular cutout and whether i could use it legally in a display. I was promised that when her colleague who dealt with licensing came in, I would get a phone call and an email. I received neither. I called back again, emailed again, no replies
I used a different phone and they answered, same girl, fobbed off with lies and promises to remove the cut-out until licensing had been confirmed. The cutout is still on their website and I have had no correspondence from them. Do not use this company. I will be reporting them to trading standards

The worst company DO NOT BUY. They DONT have a cut out that is life size, They do not honor their own website and restrictions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This company is BAD news and has zero customer service. They charged me 150$ for a 3 ft cut out when I paid for a 6ft. I have reported this company. BUYERS BEWARE SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE

I spent 2 hours customising my board only for a plain board to arrive, even called ahead and emailed before ordering Have contacted my bank. NOT HAPPY

Brilliant product. They enhanced the facial features as it was an old wedding photo blown up to a six foot cutout. Fabulous talking point at our party!

Do NOT buy from these guys. The designs are not great and then when you send it backs they make excuses not to refund you.
There are plenty of other company’s out there that offer a much better product.

I’m now £60 out of pocket!

I ordered a cardboard cut out back in June 2023. It never arrived. Upon calling, a very nervous voice said that she would ensure that it arrives in the next couple of days. It didn't. When I called for a refund, the nervous voice which belongs to a lady called 'Tricia' said that she needed to confirm that it hadn't been despatched and a refund would appear. I very much doubt it will.

I ordered this cutout on 25th May 2023 and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed the company a few times asking for an update and a refund and haven't heard anything.

Not sure if that's just me but worth knowing before ordering.

I ordered a cardboard cutout from this website for my sons birthday, it never turned up. I have emailed the company to no avail, they just ignore me. I have reported them to trading standards and would warn anyone who is thinking about ordering with this company to not do it as you will be out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!!

I had bought gift wrapping paper from this store before, but I had never noticed the cardboard figures they sell. Now I bought cardboard images of my pets, and they arrived extremely fast. I can say I’m pretty satisfied with them.

My daughters are faithful followers of Lil Nas X, so I recently decided to buy a cardboard figure of the band's singer. Not only that the quality of it is outstanding, but the shipment arrived quickly and in good condition, with no breakage or anything to note. I recommend it 100%.
