Fast, efficient and reasonably priced, very happy with service

Had an amazing experience here, friendly staff knew what they were doing, advised on bits that might need doing and got me booked in for them, they even offerd to pick up and drop off,
I couldnt belive how helpful and knowledgeable they were really do know there stuff.

After 50 years of driving never have I had so much trouble with a garage servicing department and the outcome and attitude.
I booked my companies Ford Ranger 2023 in on Saturday 25/07/26 for a wheel bearing replacement. The wheel bearing was ordered in and Ranger dropped off Saturday 8.00 am. A while after service rang and agreed it was near side front wheel bearing. P&B informed me Ford have issued a TSB for this and it needs mods. After discussion bearing in mind it is only one month out of warranty we agreed that the bearing they had would be as the Ranger left the factory so it was fitted.
Later I received a call saying noise still there, not sure it is that wheel bearing and subsequently we need it back for two days for analysis. So- I/company has paid for a repair that has not been repaired and needs hundreds of pounds of work if
Not thousands. The attitude of two guys one Tom another is appalling apparently my fault,no let’s see what we can do, nothing. All they have done is after the company owner rang them is to blame me they simply don’t care.
I live in Bradwell and like to keep things local as I work in Peterborough I could have taken it to TC Harrison’s. I think two things here. One Ford has a lot of issues especially with the wet belt problem and Pertwee are in a transition period, Ford signage gone or going,and they are trying the Chinese market route that is over saturated and therefore maybe not answerable to Ford. Please buy your car, no doubt it will be a good experience but look at other reviews on service etc.
I and my family are upset and this will be echoed around Great Yarmouth.
Life is an equation both morally and financially. You reap what you sow.
