A dream come true❤️…

Thanks to this local agency found by lucky chance by Google research, I could visit Perù for my first time in a very organized way, for 10 full days. All the guides where good, full of attention and kidness, hotels where clean and central and of course the amazing places visited would last forever in my mind❤️. A special mention to Javier that helped me with the booking, Ronald our super host reference in place and the private guide Felipe for private Lima city tour and Richard for private tour of spectacular Machu Picchu🤗

Great service

I can highly recommend "Peru & U" travel service. It was easy to get in contact with custom service that made sure that I got picked up by the driver to my destination.

I enjoyed my trip with the driver because the communication was through "Whatsapp" so it was easy to get in contact with the driver.

A magical and pampered experience

There's no other way to describe the Luxury Inca Trail trip with Peru & U than MAGICAL. My friend and I were pampered beyond anything we could have imagined and I honestly can't recommend this company enough. The people on the team that helped us were nothing short of remarkable. Marco, Michael, Aide, Nemesia, Elias, Adolfo, Victor, Zenon, and the whole porter team - together, they made our trip unforgettable. We left the Inca Trail feeling inspired by the landscape, by the connection to Mother Earth and the lessons learned from our guides, and most of all by the crew who took care of us each step of the way. If you are looking for a tour company to help make your dream of hiking the Inca trail a reality - look no further. Peru & U is absolutely the right company to partner with.

an amazing place and beautiful view (Laguna de Humantay)

an amazing place and beautiful view, but all this would not have been possible without the help of Jonathan the guide, since he always took care of everyone and encouraged us to continue when we thought we could no longer and so we could get the best panoramic view of the place

The best adventure

No help with refunds

I booked well in advance and could not make the trip due to safety concerns in Peru. The company wouldn't not assist me with a refund for the trip

Unfortunately, we must inform you that the management of Machu Picchu falls under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture, and thus, we are unable to process any refunds at this time. Please note that Machu Picchu is open and operating fully, as stated in our previous communication.
