Ant Problem
I phoned The Pest Control Co on Friday, 26th June 2026.
They came to deal with an ant problem the next day. They were very efficient and kept me informed of the time they would be with us. The Pest Controller dealt with the problem and assured me that the job is guaranteed and that they would return if we still had a problem up to 4 months afterwards.
Satisfied customer.

The technician who came to the job was brilliant, put us at ease and explained everything well. my only criticism with the experience is that when booking the job in the was no explanation of how
Long we would need to be out of the property after the chemical spray was performed. If we had been given this information it may have allowed us to plan our time away from the property more comfortably

Exceptionally competent and efficient work. Aaron Fetherston of JG Pest Control did not have a dream job today: removing a live wasps’ nest from a very hot loft on a hot day at the tail end of the June heatwave. Nevertheless he went up the loft ladder fearlessly; within the hour all that was left of the nest was securely confined in a plastic sack. Most grateful!

We booked to have a wasp nest dealt with and the first two appointments the technician failed to show up as he maintained that he couldn't find the address despite having the postcode and What3Words. We run a holiday let and guests arriving have no trouble finding us. We asked for a refund and customer service promised that a different technician would be booked. Graham Young arrived at the appointed time and was polite and friendly and very efficient. Otherwise, I would be giving a 1 star review. Thank you Graham Young.

Jordan was excellent, very informative, agreed next steps and gave plenty of advice for future proofing. Would highly recommend.

Company was a bit inefficient in that they notified me of a several hours delay in Aaron's arrival and within 5 minutes of getting that email, Aaron turned up at the original time.The issue is that if I had acted on the "delay" I might have gone out and his visit would have been in vain

The initial phone call to someone coming out was very professional and quick. The whole team have been polite, helpful and friendly. I was given a good explanation to would they would do and what would happen after. Excellent service.

Emailed these folks yesterday and Graham came round this morning to sort the ant problem out, explained it all really well.

Turned up on time. Quickly identified the issue and gave accurate time line for work. Gave advice to the household on when to expect to see results and action if not successful. Also gave advice on preventing further reoccurrence.
