The initial phone call to someone coming out was very professional and quick. The whole team have been polite, helpful and friendly. I was given a good explanation to would they would do and what would happen after. Excellent service.

Turned up on time. Quickly identified the issue and gave accurate time line for work. Gave advice to the household on when to expect to see results and action if not successful. Also gave advice on preventing further reoccurrence.

Booking was very easy
Booking was very easy, the staff were very helpful and I was given choice of appointments, including the next day which I really appreciated.
Jordan Powell came in the time window given to me. He was extremely friendly and professional. He clearly explained what was involved and delivered an excellent service. When Jordan finished he said that I shouldn’t have any more problems but said to contact them in a weeks time if there was still any activity and he would return free of charge to complete more treatment.
The whole experience, from start to finish, was easy and gave me peace of mind. Thank you.

Very clear and helpful response when I called the company. This was followed up by a visit the next day from Martyn. He listened carefully to my description of the problem and carefully explained the remedy he proposed. He also answered any questions I had and all in a pleasant and friendly manner.
