I have recently had an awful experience with bed bugs. I used Environ to support with getting rid of them. The office team are great always helpful and nothing to much trouble. Darren who is the technician who came to our flat again very knowledgeable, personable and I have absolute faith that he is doing all he can to eradicate these horrible creatures. I would not hesitate in recommending Environ to help with a bed bug problem.

I booked this company for a preventive bed bug spray in a new house before moving in, since I had issues in my previous flat. What I got instead was the most unprofessional and rude experience I’ve ever had.

The technician - Kyle told me he’d arrive “within an hour.” I got there within the hour, he wasn’t there. If he’d just given me an actual time, I would’ve sorted my suitcase from the locker in advance like I’d planned. Instead, I ended up rushing, and while I was away for literally 15 minutes, he rushed through the whole spray in those 15 minutes. Then he rang me, rude as anything, asking me where he was and basically telling me he’s “very busy.”

When I tried speaking to him afterwards, even politely asking if maybe he’d had a rough day, he cut me off saying, “No, I did not have a rough day. I’ve gone way above and beyond what I usually do for customers.” Said it in the most arrogant, dismissive way possible. Above and beyond? He sprayed for 20 minutes, was rude, and then acted like I should be grateful.

To top it off, he is upset that we spoke multiple times over the phone
One of those was me calling him to ask when he’d actually show up. I’d already explained clearly that I needed to be there before him, but he couldn’t care less.

And of course, I still got charged the full price. If this was just a quick preventive spray and not a full-on infestation treatment, the cost should’ve reflected that. Instead, I paid full for a rushed job and got attitude thrown at me for free.

Edit:17.09.2025 After raising my concerns, the company did refund me in full, which I appreciate. That said, I stand by my review of the service I received on the day, but I do acknowledge they refunded me afterwards.

So bad. Would give zero stars if I could. Phoned Imran, he said he’d send me a message with an ETA, but that he’d get to us late afternoon / early evening. Had to call again as hadn’t heard anything by around 6pm. He was really unprofessional on the phone, sounded high to be honest, with people laughing in the background, and told me he was still an hours drive away and had 2 more customers to see before me. Pretty sure he just wouldn’t have bothered turning up.

How people run businesses like this is beyond me. Told him not to bother and have now found a professional who can come tomorrow.

Edited after reply - you need to get your outbound calls recorded asap as Imran really let your company down in the way he spoke to me yesterday. Glad I found a competitor of yours who was very professional and has resolved the issue today. I hope you choose better technicians in future who know how to speak to customers and don’t come across like a sulky teenager / rude boy. It’s so embarrassing for you.

Recently had to call this company out. Leo from the Nottingham branch was great.

He explained everything, was knowledgeable, professional and 'professionally curious' to not just react to the issue but prevent it happening again.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, this has left me so disappointed!!
I made an appointment with the Peterborough branch. The appointment couldn’t come soon enough as we have a rat problem, but here I am now left looking for quotes yet again from other companies!!
Charlie (I believe) was due at 9am. At 9.20 I called the main office to see what was going on. Charlie called me…..he’s had a problem with his van all weekend and wasn’t coming!?! He just went silent on the phone. On asking if he would like to rearrange the day, he responded with ‘I dunno when it’ll be fixed’
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion on that side of things, if you know the transport you are using isn’t available, surely phone ahead and cancel? I cancelled work appointments this morning to be here. Do people not grasp this? The branch in Peterborough really need to look at adjusting how they deal with situations like this rather than not dealing with it at all. I completely understand that these things happen. However, when it has been broken down all weekend then surely make some calls to customers?

I’m sure you can understand when it’s a hygiene issue and you’ve already waited for a few days for the appointment to come also having taken the morning off work….I can’t chance another incident happening. I have now got someone coming out tomorrow. Thank you for responding.

Booked appointment on Monday evening for Wednesday am got a call half hour before appointment time and been told that something happened with they car and they cannot come, earliest date Saturday. If you need emergency service not recommend.

Called today and the guy was so disinterested. Advised us to rip up our own floorboards ?!

Absolutely awful and wouldn’t recommend to bother even contacting them. As useful as a chocolate fire guard!!

I thought I would be dealing with a local company but
sadly not. A survey was done by Kyle at a cost of £60.
I paid that but received no invoice or receipt and was
informed that the boss would contact me with details
of rectifications,that was 4 weks ago and not a peep
from them. I don't want them to now as I have no
confidence in them to do the job. Don't deal with them.

We had been plagued by mice for several months. Tom did the initial visit and was able to give very useful advice. Konrad came for the second visit and identified the location where they were coming in, and we were able to block it and stop the ingress.

Leo came out to our property to remove bees and arrived within 3 hours. Explained everything brilliantly and did a very professional job. Would definitely use again

The site visit which lasted approximately 10-15mins cost £109 with very obvious findings and proposing very drastic measures as the pest issue was quite severe. We were able to control the pests without them and we are pest free without spending hundreds of £. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Communication was excellent as was the service on the day of the survey.

The cost of the survey was also very fair and reasonable.

We used Pest Control (Worthing) and David came to sort our issue. He was very polite and professional. David solved our issue within 3 visits. I highly recommend David’s services, he’s worth every every penny.

Contacted Pest Control for a suspected wasp nest.
Spoke to Leo and he arranged to attend the following day. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Two small nests were removed. A thorough examination was made of the loft area and nothing else found.
Cannot recommend more highly. We now feel re-assured that the problem has been resolved.

Called Pest Control (Sittingbourne) at 8.30am and Kevin arrived at 11.15 am and by just after 12 noon had surveyed the loft and the entry area under a flat roof then fixed meshing to stop pigeons and squirrels from entering again. A Quick response, professional job at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Rang Barry in Antrim on Monday, he called on Tuesday morning, identified the nest in my chimney to be honey bees. We agreed to check if local beekeepers might be able to relocate the nest. When they couldn't be called again on Wednesday and eradicated the nest.
Knowledgeable and friendly first class service.

Neil Came out on Sunday for wasps. Very professional. Came same day. Would recommend

I paid £180 for two visits then I spoke to neighbour who went to local authority who arranged a third party visit and the cost was £40 for 3 visits what a difference as you can imagine we were shocked at paying over 4 times the amount that a neighbour paid
