Thank you for your feedback, Ross. This matter has been discussed with you directly by email and reviewed thoroughly. I'm sorry we weren't able to reach an outcome you were happy with, but our position was fully explained during that correspondence. We wish you all the best.

Thank you for the kind words! Knowledgeable, thorough and helpful is exactly what we aim for on every visit, so it's great to hear that was your experience. Thanks for taking the time to review us, and we're here whenever you need us again!
After the shock of realising we had bed bugs, we rang the company and they were out the next day. Ollie put us at ease straightaway with his friendly attitude. He explained everything that was going to happen along the way. He is a very knowledgeable young man.

Thank you so much for this what a lovely review to read. Discovering bed bugs is a genuine shock, so we're really glad we could get out to you the very next day and put your mind at ease quickly. Fast response on bed bug treatments matters, because the sooner we're on it, the better.
Ollie will be thrilled to hear this. Taking the time to explain each stage of the treatment and make customers feel comfortable is exactly what we hope for, and it's wonderful to know he did just that. We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to him.
Wishing you a bug-free home from here on if you ever need us again, you know where we are. Thank you again!
