PetBacker Reviews

The support jenny as helped to my support ticket very quickly and solved the issue

Really good and receptive customer feedback. App is a bit buggy tho but they really help improve the experience.

Very quick response from Jenny, Tqvm!

You need to find a freelance as walker, sitter, trainer or you're the pet owner who want to find someone who can take care of your pet and have a guarantee from it. Petbacker is the answer. This app is to make sure all the pet owner or the freelancer had a good connection each other. I hope this app got more maintenance and feature to do in there.

I’m a new sitter and still trying to figure things out. The customer service person (Jenny) was nice and kind and understood my difficulties with the app.

Excellent platform, very secure and well vetted.
Fees are a bit high but still worth if u have multiple pets to take care of.
Customer service is excellent and fast.

It is a great app to work as a pet sitter and for pet owners too. Support team always respond on time with clear answers. I feel relax and secure.

Has a pet backer I would lie if I said the app is without issues, the user interface and experience needs some attention. But for the real experience that is getting pets into loving and caring homes instead of a pet hotel that throws them into a box for their stay, it is amazing! Your pets will be in loving homes with real pet lovers has we are too, after booking you can visit the space where your pet will stay and meet the person, the booking can be canceled at any time without any cancelation fee, so it's always a win win situation for the owners! Amazing app

Great app and perfect customer service, they are very fast to respond and so helpful.

As a pet boarding service provider, Petbacker has been a highly valuable platform for growing my business. It consistently brings in genuine booking inquiries and connects me with responsible pet owners.

The platform is user-friendly from a provider’s standpoint—managing bookings, communicating with clients, and tracking requests is straightforward and efficient. I particularly appreciate the structured system for profiles, reviews, and verification, which helps build trust with new customers.

Customer support has also been reliable whenever needed, and overall, the platform creates a professional environment for both pet owners and service providers.

Petbacker has significantly helped me expand my reach and maintain a steady flow of bookings. Highly recommended for pet boarding businesses looking to scale!
