Pet Creatives Reviews

Process was quick and professional. Love how it looks.
Thanks

I love the picture my whole family was ecstatic and it was a hoot to open!

I had high expectations and was not disappointed! It was the perfect gift for my niece. Customer service was great. Will definitely use Pet Creatives again.

My wife LOVED her pet creative gift! It was perfect! I wish I would've noticed what the actual size of it was before I ordered it, but it's high quality and it was the perfect gift!

Bought a portrait for a small family member for Christmas. Looked great through Email, but received the wrong portrait the day before Christmas. I notified Pet Creatives of the mistake and they acknowledged and offered to send a replacement if I sent them a photo of the received portrait. I sent them a photo of the received portrait and they never got back to me. Been about a week and a half. I didn't spend 126$ for this kinda service. I'll change my Star review when I get my portrait.

Love it so much but there was “dirt” or splotches on my cat pic face that wasn’t there. But overall if you don’t look that close, it’s amazing

The first version of the art was not to my liking and I sent them some additional photos and they knocked it out of the park and still delivered before Christmas for me. Easy to work with and I love the results and so did the person I gave the gift to.

So this turned out to be an amazing gift. We bought it for my husband as a joke and it is now hanging in our formal dining room. My adult children now want to pose in the same way so their picture can be beside it Too cute and funny!

This was even better than I imagined!

Absolutely spot on. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and she is gonna flip. Well done

Wonderful! My second one. This time it was a gift. Thanks everyone

This finished photo is amazing! Have purchased 4 already! The customer service is very helpful!

Great product and wonderful customer service!

Nicely produced artwork, very satisfied with overall quality, speed of production and customer service. Would definitely do it all again!!

Great experience! You choose an outfit and background and submit a pet photo. They send you proofs for approval and work with you to get the best picture. I loved the final product and they were wonderful to work with!

This is a gift for someone else but it looks amazing! The communication was great, shipping was fast, and packaging was awesome.

AMAZING!! BEST PIC EVER!

Working with Pet Creatives has been one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time. Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses.

The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with.

The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.

Great service, great picture! Just waiting on the gift recipient reaction 🥰

This is the second canvas I’ve had made and I am thrilled! This is such a creative idea and greatly executed by this company. I 100% reccomend!
