I was told I would get a call back on…
I was told I would get a call back on my order. I made a purchase on Aug 24th 2026 and today is september 8th and I still have had no update to my order. Only that the label has been printed but not shipped yet. I called and spoke to someone about this issue this morning and they said they would call me back and no one ever called me back and it is now 5:30pm.

Ordered spyder dare ski pants August 27th, Arrived 8 days later. Delivery was smooth and packaged well. Pants look well made and the price was right. Last March ordered spyder leader ski coat. April spyder half zip sweater. All from Peter Glenn. Company is excellent to order from.

I have not received my package as the picture showed it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. I have opened a ticket with FedEx and also contacted your support for assistance in locating and receiving my boots. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have already wasted a lot of time in trying to get my boots delivered to me accordingly.

Good website
Good website, good selection, overall I'm happy. The browsing, buying, and shipping process was easy enough, and the communication side went smoothly. The only hiccup was, I noticed the product I got has less features than the product I found in-store (at a different retailer). It makes me think this was an older model, but nothing in the PGS&S description mentioned that. Ultimately, I'm happy with the price and the product, and the process of returning this and buying it somewhere else isn't worth the time. I would buy from Peter Glenn again.
