Ordering and receiving my new ski pants…
Ordering and receiving my new ski pants was uneventful. Once I received them I needed to exchange for smaller size and I had purchased the extra coverage for free return and exchange for free. The exchange process isn’t what you would expect. It took over two weeks to get the new product and that required me to follow up twice and receipt very basic email responses on status of exchange. Seems like shipping is the cheapest/longest when you pay for free. It took way too long and would rethink my purchase in future.

Website is well constructed. They had the ski kit I wanted in the size I needed. Price was great.
They need to do something about the order fulfillment. It took way too long to receive my order.

If it’s a good deal they will cancel order
They sold me a jacket, wasted my time validating my payment, charged my card. Then cancelled because they never had it anyway. After I bought other gear to match.

Unreliable Exchanges
Shipping was super quick and the product was correct, but when I went to do an exchange for size, they said there was an “inventory error” and could not complete my order. I had already shipped my order back by the time they realized the error, so they issued a refund instead. I really wish they would have given me other options rather than just issuing a refund, especially because the original cost of the product increased after I attempted the exchange, so I can’t even repurchase it. Feeling pretty discouraged about my experience.
