Unclear state of recent purchase - fantastic Mr Fox
Ordinarily, I get great service but my most recent transaction has not shipped nor have I received notification about what the issue is. I purchased 3 books in 2 transactions and one book is not accounted for. I’m sure it will be resolved but I have had to contact the store multiple times.

I have bought from Peter Harrington several times in the past, and I have always been happy with the result. This time I asked for them to phone me about the posting of an unwieldy item, and they did so.
