Australian Owned and Operated Pet Id Tags Australia is a reputable family Australian owned and operated retail and wholesale business since 2002. Specialising in engraved identification tags, collars, signs and memorial plaques for your beloved dog, cat or any pet. All made in Australia. We retail to the public via our online store at www.petidtags.com.au at low prices. We are also a wholesaler to many pet related stores and organisations. Who We Are We’re a proud, family-run Aussie business that’s been making engraved pet ID tags for over 20 years. As lifelong pet lovers, we get how much your dog or cat means to you — because ours mean the world to us too. Every tag we make is crafted with love, engraved with care, and built to last. We’re all about quality, durability, and adding a bit of personality to your pet’s everyday look — while keeping them safe if they ever go walkabout. What Makes Our Pet Tags Different? We’re not your average pet tag shop. Our tags are made from top-quality materials like stainless steel and anodised aluminium — strong enough for all the zoomies, beach runs, and muddy puddles your pet can throw at them. Here’s what you’ll love: Deep, long-lasting laser engraving (no fading here!) Tough but lightweight materials that don’t rust Fun shapes and colours to suit every kind of pet Great for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes Quick turnaround and shipping straight from our Aussie HQ Whether your pet’s a chill couch potato or a wild adventure buddy, we’ve got a tag to match their vibe. Why Pet Tags Matter Sure, microchips are great — but if your pet gets lost, an ID tag is the fastest way home. It lets someone contact you right away, without a vet visit or scanner. That’s why we focus on clear, easy-to-read engraving and tough-as-nails tags that can handle real life. Because when it comes to your pet’s safety, there’s no time to muck around. Our Promise to You We’re here to make things simple. From browsing to checkout, we want your experience to be quick, easy, and stress-free. ✔️ Permanent, accurate engraving ✔️ High-quality, long-lasting materials ✔️ Friendly, responsive support ✔️ Fast Aussie shipping ✔️ Love it or we’ll re-engrave or refund — no worries! We’ve helped thousands of Aussie pets stay safe and look great — and we’d love to help yours too.

Non existent customer service
I ordered 2 tags (1 as backup) however only 1 has been received so far. This is fine if there was a mistake however I have now sent 3 emails and a Facebook message which have not been replied to. I'm currently out of pocket and although it only took 2 days to send the order I haven't received any response for weeks after my initial email.
The tag appears to be good quality however don't count on having issues resolved in a timely manner. I will happily update this review if my issue is addressed however this has been a bad experience so far.

Scammers
I am still waiting on my order to be delivered and it's been over 3 months. They said they'd be sending a new one and stopped answering my emails and messages.
I have read of numerous people having the same issue.

Wrong information on tags
Unfortunately we got tags that were wrong which were corrected. The new tags were sent a week later. Unfortunately they are also wrong, not going to worry about contacting them again, as it’s very hard to get a hold of them. Tags do look nice though.

The quality and look of the tags are great, they're not too big or bulky and easy to read. A great alternative to the plastic DACO issued ones.
Easy transaction and prompt delivery
