I had looked everywhere for a very special place to make some very special jewellery, so I was absolutely over the moon to finally find Petite Paw Prints, and further elated hearing straight back from Dawn that they do bespoke jewellery also. I was instantly wowed by their ethos, materials, methods and designs. It was everything I’d been looking for and more. I absolutely love their designs, notably the modern day heirloom. I only wanted some subtle tweaks to this, but with not much notice! I shared my thoughts with Dawn and Lori in an email and asked if any of it would be possible by the specific date. I heard back the same day and the minute I heard this was possible, my excitement hit the roof and the communication continued to be brilliant, consistent and reassuring. I had a date it needed to be here by, giving them less time than they usually need, but Dawn not only held her promise but delighted in telling me when it was ready a few days before. My bespoke charm necklace is basically the most precious possession I own. I sent a paw print to Dawn of our beloved border terrier which is now warming my skin and literally healing my heart as it twinkles at the rest of his pack. I cannot recommend this mother daughter team highly enough for the gift they are giving to peoples lives, their ethos, personalised service and quality of materials and designs are simply second to none. Indi and I are together always and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There has been a gap from ordering, recieving and writing a review as the charm ordered was an Xmas present for my daughter which she thoroughly loved, plus a very sad unforseen circumstance. The craftsmanship is amazing and detailed. Date ordered was 22nd October 2023. Review written 15th January 2024

I had a very good experience with this company and I can strongly recommend them. A day after ordering, I contacted them to change the inscription a little bit on the 9ct yellow gold large signature heart charm I ordered, this was done easily and without a fuss. One can use the online contact form or just send an email.

I was sent a paw print kit which didn't go exceptionally well as my daughter's dog was a rescue and his claws/paws didn't get much attention previously, however having rectified this he didn't like his paws touched.

Armed with lots of treats, myself and my daughter's dog spent a lovely afternoon with him stamping on the print paper however the result was smudged prints with maybe one acceptable one. I reverted to taking some photos of his paw, quite a task holding his paw, cuddling him and giving him an endless supply of treats with one hand and holding the phone in another but getting the prints/photos was indeed a very productive fun game and he loved it.
I sent in the photos and paw print via email and had a return email back the same evening with the computerised image for my approval. The image was exceptional and even caught a little curve in his pad.

The 9ct yellow gold large signature heart charm is solid, thick and a good size. I did also order the 9ct yellow gold 18" chain. Both charm and chain are of exceptional good quality.
The sad part is, that my daughter's little dog passed away just after Christmas, it was sudden and very tragic. Life works in mysterious ways with no rhyme, reason or justification for situations or circumstances.

Unfortunately I had lost both of my beloved Shar Peis 3 months apart, and wanted their paw prints on a pendant.
I spoke with Lori about the design, and she informed me at every step of the process.
I received my order today and it was absolutely beautiful, just what I wanted and more.
I cannot recommend them enough, their products are perfect, and their customer service throughout was second to none.
I am so glad I entrusted them to make this special pendant.
