Relocation services can't guarantee good care.
My contact agent was Nick Smith and he was fabulous. He promptly replied to all my queries and coordinated paperwork and airline requirements. (I do think recommended carrier really was too big, but it worked.) However, the transport required an overnight stay in Frankfort then delivery to Lisbon. It does not seem that Pet Relocation can monitor the pets before they clear customs. My dog was in a crate at the warehouse for nearly 9 hours. No one in the warehouse gave her water. If a company can't ensure care THROUGHOUT the trip, then I don't know why I paid thousands of dollars for the service. It is easier to transport back to the USA and I will find away to do it myself on a direct flight.

I had Nina Faber as my contact. While the company may be good, Nina was not. I could never get her to return calls or even answer her phone. It got so bad, upon her recommendation, i found another service. They were responsive, in constant communication and coordination was a 6 STAR RATING. Hope things go better for you than it did for me. If necessary i would highly (6 stars) recommend Airpets International.
