Nice customer service lady and loved my collar that I ordered! I would happily recommend!

I ordered and paid for a blanket for my cat on 6th April. It should have been delivered on 23rd April. It is now the 9th July and it still hasn’t arrived 😞

I ordered an harness with a matching lead and collar (which was engraved with my dogs name) for a very decent price. It has been delivered and I am very happy with it. The engraving is what I asked for and the design is very pretty. I have no problem recommending Petsnooze.

Happy with the dog coat I ordered it’s waterproof and the butterfly pattern is very sweet. Thanks Elaine

This company does not even deserve 1 star.

I purchased four dog/cat beds from Petsnooze.

To begin with delivery was a nightmare, I received my order confirmation email but then had no dispatch notifications.

I emailed to ask if the order had been shipped.
The company replied with two tracking numbers one of which did not work and upon emailing several times I only kept getting the same repeated response that the query had been raised, which did not feel me with confidence.

Upon receiving the four pet beds I ordered to say I’m disappointed and shocked at all four products is a understatement.

The stitching on each bed is absolutely appalling, and there is fluff/ stuffing coming out of the seams where it is so badly made, they’re are also stains on two of the beds.

Each bed I’ve received is exactly the same which clearly makes me wonder what type of product quality/ control team this company has.

The website states that they are ‘passionate about pets’ but if this is the quality of there animal beds then this clearly is not true.

These beds are a clear breach of health and safety to animals, I’m appalled that any company would actually think that these would be acceptable and safe for animals to sleep in.

If my dogs or cats were to get into these I would hate to think of the detrimental effects of what would happen if they ingested any of the materials that are so clearly ready for them to eat/ chew, these beds are falling apart and the filling is quite clearly coming out.

These beds are not fit for any animal to sleep in!

I believe Petsnooze company needs to be held responsible for selling such poor quality products and risking the safety of peoples pets.

After sending a email on Saturday alongside pictures of the outrageously poor designed beds, i’ve only had a automated response to say they will reply in 72 hours, we’re now 5 days in and still no response.

I’ve reported to Trading standards, and now having to go through my bank to try and recoup my money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered an engraved dog collar on 25th May and still not arrived. Tracking number they gave doesn’t work. Enquired as to its whereabouts but as others say, you just get fobbed off. It may still arrive, who knows, but won’t be ordering anything from them again

Wish I had read the reviews below before ordering a cat bed. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise. I say 'ordered' because still nothing has arrived and am tired of being palmed off with general messages by people that don't care and don't address the problem. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.

Good selection of collars for my dog she is onto her second one now and she always looks brilliant out on our walks. We love the flowers and they are easy to wash if she gets muddy. 😊

Dreadful company. I am a pensioner who ordered some cat beds in April for a charity I support - it is now mid June and these have not been delivered - I am asking for a refund and this is not forthcoming. Do not buy from Petsnooze.

The collar and harness set I ordered got here yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am very happy with the colour and pretty flower design, I hadn’t seen this type anywhere else. I am very happy to recommend. Thank you Margaret and Bella.

I placed an order In April have yet to receive it (it’s now June). I had placed another order in May and received it. When I email and ask about my first order they just keep asking questions about it, or say they are checking. Then they said my order was delivered, yes my second order was delivered. I even sent pictures of the order I didn’t receive. They came back again saying it was delivered.
I have told them so many times to either resend my order or refund my money.
Again they say we are checking on it.
I love the collars but the service is terrible and for that reason I would never order from them again.

The service is extremely poor along with the dog bed we received 3 weeks later.
I requested a refund they ignored me so I had to open a case via PayPal and at the last lounge before the case closed they sent a postage stamp so I could return it. It’s terribly made and I’d advise nobody choose this company.
I eventually got. A refund but it was a very slow process. Glad to see the back of the company

I must admit I didn’t think it was going to arrive. I ordered 8th May and it came at the end of May. However, The Collar is gorgeous and the little flower is really pretty.

Waited 3 weeks for delivery despite emails to their customer services asking for updates..
Finally arrived and it was obvious the delivery was so long as it came from China…
What an absolute waste of money!!
Cheap, Nasty China made crap!!
No substance to the sides or the base of the bed..
please avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere

No problem recommending this company their flower collars are fab I ordered two and they both look great on my dog.

The rugs are nice quality I’ve ordered a second one. Happy with my purchase.

After waiting 23 days my pets calming bed has arrived.
Deliberately ordered from a UK company but it has come from China.
The quality is extremely poor - even after fluffing up the sides go flat as soon as my dog goes in it - definitely not fit for purpose.
I would send it back but no paperwork included to do so. Money down the drain 😡
