Being a new customer
Being a new customer, I was impressed by the communication by the company. Made me feel welcome, as having just walked into a store and was greeted by one of the floor staff. I ordered the product online and paid without any hassles. The product was delivered within a week. I was kept informed when it was dispatched, in transit and when delivered to our local post office ready to collect. My vet recommended this product called, Plaque Control, for my dog’s teeth. I have always given Digger (a 5 year old Australian Kelpie) good quality beef neck bones to chew on. He has always had immaculate white teeth. I have recently noticed his two bottom front teeth, either side of the mouth, have worn down considerably from being very pointed to now being flat. I have been told by the vet that the enamel has worn away. His other teeth are all still fairly sharp and pointed. One cause is ice, as I had always given Digger frozen bones and he loves to eat ice (especially in hot weather). Being a ball-a-holic, the other cause is the abrasive felt on tennis balls is like sandpaper. Even worse when wet and covered with sand grit and soil. Digger loves to chew these balls and also catch them outright as if he was fielding in a cricket match. I know he would not like to have his teeth brushed and I know that Vet cleaning of teeth plaque under anaesthetic can be costly. I’m giving this Plaque Control product a go, to see if if is as good as it claims to be. I am also giving Digger no more frozen bones to chew. They will be thawed out in future. Also, I have gone away from tennis balls and trying out various types of rubber/plastic balls which are non-toxic and more teeth friendly. I have added the Plaque Control straight over Digger’s food for the first time tonight. He did not notice anything different and ate up as normal. I will see how this product goes in helping keep his teeth white and free from plaque. I will report back about 60 days time. Thank you Petz Park.

I actually found the ordering process complicated.. in the middle of placing an order- having several advertising messages coming through about ordering ..checking those messages if there was any other stock that I might be interested in… but which didn’t show my “cart” of the original order… a bit frustrating!
