Service is second to none. I no sooner order the product when I get a notification that it has been shipped. I thought I was going to run out before the next delivery but due to prompt service and expedition, that didn't happen. I am very happy with the service.

I made my order around 9pm on Thursday 17th September, got an email at 8.48am the next day (Friday 18/9) to say my order had shipped, and received my order today, Monday 21/9.
I have ordered many times and always had the same great service. Easy to order online, good website.
I get the Hip & Joint supplement and it really works, have been using it for over 18 months now. We started using it when our little senior dog Daisy started limping and lifting up her back leg when walking/running, and after only a week or so the limping stopped. Thought it might be a fluke, so when we finished the pack, I didn't re-order, and about a week later I noticed she was limping again, so quickly did an order and got her back on it and the limping stopped. Then forgot to re-order and sure enough the limping started yet again, so now I am on it as soon as we get low to make sure she doesn't miss a day of it. She loves it too, we just sprinkle it on her dinner and she gobbles it down!

Ordering was easy I have already received the plaque control. I’m hoping it does work.

I found placing my order extremely easy on-line with Petz Park. Definitely not time consuming and I love that it's straight forward and simple. I have just received my second order of the Probiotic Powder and also purchased the Liver Support as well as the Stress and Anxiety Powder. Love the fact that discounts are given on multiple buys and their Reward system is a bonus. My order was processed promptly and communication emailed regarding the progress of impending delivery. Overall, I am extremely happy with the high standard of Petz Park service 😊

I started using this plaque remover on my 10-year-old Kelpie. He had a vet check-up just two weeks before I started the product and was otherwise healthy. He did have bad breath and his teeth needed a professional clean, which is why I was looking for something to help with his dental health. I put the bad breath down to his age and his dental issues, but there were no other known health problems.
After starting the plaque remover, my dog gradually began to spiral. He became worse every day he took the product. He became lethargic, started panting, dribbling and appeared increasingly unwell and uncomfortable. At first, I thought he might have an upset stomach, but his condition continued to deteriorate.
I was so concerned that I contacted my vet, explained what was happening and was advised to bring him in if he didn’t improve within the next few hours. Thankfully, after I stopped giving him the plaque remover, he started to improve slightly the following day, so I continued to monitor him closely.
I also sent the company a video showing my dog’s behaviour and how unwell he had become, so they could see for themselves what I was describing.
The company asked whether I had given him the correct dose and whether he had any pre-existing health problems. The answer to both was no, apart from his dental issues, and I can provide proof from his recent veterinary visit.
I have since learned that this product contains iodine, which may not be tolerated well by every dog. I cannot say with certainty that the product caused my dog’s symptoms, but the timing, his gradual decline while taking it and the improvement I noticed after stopping it have left me extremely concerned.
To be fair, the company did respond to me within 24 hours, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the refund process. I was required to return the remaining product with tracking, which cost me $10.20 in return postage. I received only a partial refund and was not reimbursed for the postage.
Given what my dog went through, I feel other pet owners should be aware of my experience. Please research the ingredients carefully and speak with your veterinarian before using this product.
I would never use this product on my dog again.

Allie was born 4/5/22 and after four years of accidentally wetting her bedding, the car or lounge I discovered this product in April 2026. The vets determined her issue was caused during the desexing procedure when she was a pup. It took a good month for her to begin having 'dry nights' and from June-Sept she was completely free of the problem. But, I ran out of the powder and thought I would keep using just the cranberry power (twice a day on yoghurt) and see how she went. Well ... that was not a good idea because after only two weeks she began having accidents again. We will NEVER be without Urinary + Kidney for Dogs for Allie.
