This is the second time I've had work carried out by pflushpro. Each time all work needed has been fully explained and clear, reasonable quotes provided up front. The engineers are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to get the job done and kept us informed as they were doing the job of any issues.

The communications from the office are very good. You know exactly when the team is going to arrive and even a text when they are on the way.

The work has been completed to an excellent standard. We had a power flush and 4 very old radiators replaced. Really happy with the work and great price! I've already recommended them to friends and family!

Great service. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We've had issues with our heating for a number of years and after calling out numerous tradesmen to no avail, we contacted Pflushpro. A full free survey was carried out and quotation provided before any work was undertaken to identify the root cause of the problem rather than assume/guess (as others we have used). All works were carried out to a high standard and the team left the place as they found it.
Prices reasonable, service great and we have full heating for the first time in a long time.

My radiators are getting cold, and I have no idea what to do. Got quotes up to £510 from various companies wanting to carry out power flusing. Absolutely perfect in every way, always returned calls, turned up when they said they would, actually said I didnt need a powerflush and in fact recommended something cheaper, very friendly and explained it all in ways even i could understand. Excellent Company (Pflushpro Power Flushing)
Desroy from Pflushpro was at my place for completely different reason and he noticed my radiators were not really getting hot. He told me that the radiator needs flushing. The radiators were flushed, filter and Hive thermostat installed at a very reasonable cost, and here we go, it was radiating real heat which I have never experienced before.
On the 31st of December 2021 (New year eve) our Boiler stopped working, I rang Desroy, in spite of his other commitments he was at my place around 21:00 to fix the Boiler.
With Desroy and the team at (Pflushpro) there is no Bureaucracy, very Professional and Polite. Desroy is a ring away. We have decided to subscribe with Pflushpro for our Boiler servicing. I will definitely recommend him.

I had a very nice and polite man Des undertake a full free assessment of my heating system, was very professional put shoe coverings on at front door, wore a mask, asked permission and for me to lead the way before moving into any other rooms, explained everything he was doing as he went along and checked everything thoroughly and in depth. I will definitely be using them to undertake the work, especially if all the staff are like that as he made me feel at ease and comfortable. I felt he was knowledgeable and very competent in this area and that I would not be ripped off or have unnecessary work qouted for.

Here is an update on my boiler and the company that did it, my boiler have never worked so well, it was more work than I was expecting because of the previous sellers shoddy work.
Pflushpro Ltd did a great job and even boxed in my boiler which was amazing, seriously though, for those of you that want relatable, professional engineers that tell you straight even if you have to wait for them to get to you, it’s definitely worth the wait, you won’t be disappointed and they even clean up after themselves.
Thanks guys for everything you’ve done, when I buy my next house I will definitely ask you to check out the boiler to avoid what has happened to me this time. I’ve already been recommending your company. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would.
