I was concerned we could have acquired a swarm in the ivy of the front garden. Laura called back quite promptly and assured me it's probably just a lot of bees and other insects attracted to ivy this time of year. We exchanged WhatsApp information and Laura said I should contact her in the coming days if matters worsen. Hopefully not.

Laura was fantastic. Although the company no longer provides the service I needed, she was extremely attentive and reassuring and went over and beyond in trying to help me.

She's definitely an asset to the company!

We found PGH pestcontrol, but very sadly too late. We had used PESTUK Esher, D and T Pest Control, and Walton Pest Control. We spent a small fortune, to not solve the problem. Phil in particular was completley outstanding and helpful. If we ever have any kind of pest again, PGH will be my first phone call.

I have contacted this company as I have found meat in my garden shed.

Laura was very knowledgeable about identifying white bottom bumblebee .

She has suggested few options how to deal with them.

I am very happy with her ideas .

My initial phone call enquiry was answered immediately which is rare these days and I was impressed by the calm efficient way the problem was dealt with both my the office staff who answered my many questions and by Andre who came for 3 visits to confirm what the issue was, do a survey of the house and get rid of the rats.
They didn't mind that I used a friend (obviously cheaper,)to do the CCTV survey of the sewers they had recommended to find where the rats were getting into cavity walls.
Would definitely use them again and recommend to others

Refusal to honour guarantee. Be very careful dealing with this company. -
Two years ago the Bury St Edmunds franchised branch of PGH Pest Control treated some woodworm in my cellar.
The woodworm has now returned in two places and despite numerous emails to both head office and local Bury St Edmunds branch the only response I have received is that the Bury St Edmunds representative is no longer a franchisee. Head office refuses to offer any assistance.
So beware of giving business to any franchisee of this company.

I highly recommend PGH pest control. We had an issue with squirrels accessing our roof and when the first service provider we contacted failed to help (and charged us) we found PGH who completed a free assessment using photos before taking the job. They were transparent about fees and the plan to address the issue. Once on site the help we received from Andre was first class. He was highly knowledgeable and respectful to both my family and the animals. He is a credit to the company. If you want a quality job doing the use these guys.

We had mice in the loft and gave PGH a call
Based on the very good reviews on line. Andre and Oliver attended who were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Our mice problem has been successfully under control. Thanks to a great team!

We had a large wasps nest in our shed and called PGH to help us sort this. Oliver was absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable too. He used a natural method to rid us of the wasps. He was very friendly too :-) We will definitely use this company again if we have any issues.

I want to thank PGH yet again for the great service and understanding shown by both Branden and Ryan. Both have always shown professionalism and courtesy when dealing with me on the phone. I felt I needed to reschedule an appointment and Branden with a bit of 'juggling' was able to accommodate this. Ryan was equally helpful in arranging the original appointment. Thank you both!

Prompt, effective service

PGH responded quickly to our initial contact, made a call-out appointment immediately, and followed up with a note. The problem was diagnosed quickly on the call-out (which was free), and a quote followed in 3 days, with the work completed 4 days later. Each contact with PGH was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Team at Beegone were wonderful from start to finish. Right from our first call, the customer service team were very communicative, polite and knowledgeable and shifted diaries around to help us out at short notice with a rat problem. Every appointment was prompt and punctual and the survey and subsequent treatments performed by Steve were extremely thorough.

Excellent service. Initial contact by phone easy & actually talked to someone. This is a definite bonus. Appointment made for 2 days later. Survey report received later that day. Ollie had very pleasant manner and good positive attitude to the problem. Awaiting test results and plan for eradication. So far, definitely 5 stars.
