When the product (LED Mosquitokiller lamp) arrived it was not as I expected. It was made of very cheap plastic, there was no on/off switch and no emptying tray. The website says it has an office in Paris and Satisfaction guaranteed or money refunded. They fail to tell you on the website that the item has to be returned to China. I was not prepared to pay half the price of the item in order to return it and maybe still not get a refund.

My delivery came but unfortunately it was damaged when I tried to use it. When I filled it up with water it leaked out everywhere. So when I reported the problem they couldn't be more helpful and apologetic. They asked me to send them a video of the brocken product and no sooner as they seen it they immediately sent me out a new one for free which I was very pleased and satisfied with. Will definitely buy more products in the future.

I ordered two portable Arctic air conditioners which arrived within the time frame given. We were very pleased with the cooling effect. Unfortunately one unit was faulty but after contacting Pharma Market the situation was quickly resolved with a replacement unit being despatched.

Great communication. Arrived quick and was advised along the way of the shipping progress. Instructions clearly laid out and easy to understand.

I received product, that doesn't work properly, but customer service worked so fast and they send to me new product for free.
Beside that, all products i received look exactly like on photos.

Initial order was received quickly.
I received the wrong colour shoe, I emailed the customer Service team who dealt with this very efficiently and offered a replacement.
Excellent service and will definitely be ordering again and will recommend to others.

I ordered a pair of Orthopedic Shoes for myself. They arrived within a couple of weeks. Very disappointed with quality and size. And they were not cheap!! I could return them but, would cost me more to return them to China. Please be aware if thinking of using this site.

I purchased steel toe cap trainers which were delivered within the timescale stated. The website was easy to navigate and very user friendly. The shoes are pefect for me as I drive also thetefore comfort was what I was looking for. Thank you !

Scam company. Goods are rubbish. Lies. They refused return. Refused to give money back. Don't deal with them. 8 other reviews under my name are not mine. I did NOT write them.

I ordered a pair of steel toe cap shoes. They took ages to arrive then wrong size was sent. Returns procedure is terrible had to return to France at cost to us and had to pay duty.....6 wks and still waiting for a refund and no contact from them at all always us chasing them.... hope this review stops others having issues and maybe we will get a refund eventually!!!

Please with the quality of the garment and the prompt service I received after ordering my purchase, would definitely use the site again

I bought a robot hoover. It worked well for about a month, on hard floors picking up dust and hair. It suddenly started to go round in circles. I sent a video to Pharma Market and they’ve said they’ll dispatch a new one without having to send the old one back. Good customer service with quick response.
