Pharmulous have been supplying my weight loss medication (Mounjaro) for nine months and I now feel able to give a meaningful review which may be helpful to others.
I switched to Pharmulous from a previous supplier where my perception was that of being an anonymous customer subjected to an inflexible and process driven system.
Pharmulous from my perspective and experience take a holistic view of the customer, are easy to engage with, queries and questions are rapidly responded to , and they are flexible (within the parameters of safe and appropriate prescribing).
All my orders are processed quickly, well packaged and importantly for me arrive on the date I specify.
In the one instance I had a problem with my order, a member of the team took early ownership of the issue through to its rapid resolution.
My most recent interaction was an online video consultation as I consider moving to the maintenance stage of my weight loss treatment.
I found the review (despite my initial nervousness and lack of IT skills!) to be extremely helpful, reassuring and thought provoking. It further reinforced my view that moving to Pharmulous was the correct decision, that I will continue to use them in the future, and that I would highly recommend them to others.
They may not be the absolute cheapest supplier but value is about much more than simple financial cost.

A great service
I like how I was asked about my symptoms. This made me feel that my problem would be taken care of and it was. Ordering was trouble free and the product I ordered arrived in good condition and was in plain packaging which is great if it is something you don't wish to share with others. Arrived in a couple of days and reordering was easy too.
