Purchase was easy and arrived in a timely manner. There were no instructions as to how many to take and when to take. All it said was three capsules daily. So do I take all three in the morning do I take one with each meal. I’m very disappointed that there’s no follow up.

I did not loose any weight with this…
I did not loose any weight with this product, have been taking it for a month as it said by others and the study that participants lost 20-28lbs in a month. It did not happen in reality and in fact, I’ve seen a slight increase in weight.

Product update. Started this product in April and definitely felt the energy effects.i got a 3 pack to last me 3 months. I think over time my body just got used to the energy effects so that small burst I felt in the beginning just disappeared. As far as weight loss and appetite suppression I have only lost 5 lbs in 3 months. I work out every day. Eat clean. Pretty healthy in general so I can't say this product promoted much weight loss. For appetite I did notice less hunger throughout the day so smaller portions filled me. Overall 3 stars
