Always saves the day!

Phil is always so friendly and responsive to all of our needs! Whether it's a resident lock, main door, garage door, or all the little things in between, he has consistently "saved the day," allowing us to continue daily operations successfully and efficiently. We are so appreciative!

One-stop Lock. 10/10 in every way

Honestly the best locksmith i have ever needed. Got the job done right and the first time. Very friendly and great customer service. Versatile meaning any lock that you need help with he will get it done. Fast moving but also careful with what he doesn’t it’s a one stop shop. Perfect in emergencies. I highly recommend Phil Rich Lock. You will never need to struggle finding a locksmith after. You know you can rely on Phil Rich. 10/10 in every way. Thanks Phil Rich.

Professional, problem solving, expert locksmith

Rick from Phil-Rich has been working with us for more than a year as a surge capacity in our college campus lock shop. His expertise in working on our small-format institutional key system, our Allegion locks, and our electrified access control system has been a tremendous asset. He consistently provides superior customer service to my team and our community and uses his problem solving skills to resolve the tricky issues that frequently pop up on multi-generational hardware.

Honest, diligent, experienced!!

Phil Rich locksmiths is my go to for a few years. They have replaced locks/deadbolts in my personal residences & my rentals units.
They show up on time, every time, and complete the work in a timely fashion.

Rick, the owner, has almost 40 years experience as a locksmith. Any question I had, he answered. Any concern I had, he addressed. Very rare of a contractor these days.

I will continue to use Phil Rich Locksmiths as long as I have properties in the DMV, and recommend them to friends & family every chance I get. You will not be disappointed!
