Phil's Fudge Factory Reviews

This fudge exceeded my expectations, one of the best I have tasted. I bought 3 flavours and all were creamy, rich in flavour and exactly what I was hoping for. My favourite was the Maple Walnut. The messaging re order shipped, tracking, etc. was spot on.

Great taste treat in the black licorice flavor! It is my favorite flavor of candy and I am glad Phil’s fudge makes it taste so good. It is always fresh and soft. Never hard or dry. Terrific value for the money. Thanks Phil!!

Wow! Toutes les saveurs sont délicieuses! N’hésitez pas à commander , vous serez convaincu!

Thank You for the delicious fudge! It arrived just in time for the Watermelon Party. Everyone enjoyed the Watermelon fudge, a new flavour to many.

The absolute best fudge you can get. We have never had a piece we didn't like. Service is great!

UPDATE: Order was placed on July 29 NOT June 29 as I originally stated - the title was correct ("3 weeks later and still...."); I apologize. Order was received 25 days later - Aug 23. This is much longer than the expected shipping/delivery timelines stated on the website and previous experience I've had. I am changing my rating to 5 to reflect the quality of product as it simply cannot be faulted, but I was very disappointed how long this order took. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Order never received. As this purchase was a gift for a Aug 25 birthday, I ordered plenty early - ordered and paid $140.48 on June 29. Received email June 30 stating shipment was on the way with an Aug 6 expected delivery and tracking number. Reply from company dated August 14 said it "should" arrive by the 25th after I emailed them following their website being down for a few days. Still nothing and it's not showing online as being shipped. This is NOT the service I received from this company when I used to order from them more frequently a few years ago. Very disappointed.

Always amazing quality and the flavors are exceptional-both the variety and the accuracy. Always our first choice to get fudge from!

All of them are excellent. Very good fudge at Ab affordable price.

Best fudge I have ever eaten and I love the variety of

Fudge was wonderful as always! Service was also prompt!

Delicious affordable fudge. Generous portions and a wide variety to satisfy every palette. Shipped super quick, packaged well and tracking provided. Will be back!

The Fudge is wonderful. My only complaint is they were melted when they arrived , so I put them in the fridge to harden .

Fast efficient delivery and excellent fudge!

Great fudge for the most part! Packed with care. I just wasn't a fan of some of the flavours.

Fast delivery excellent fudge, not too sweet, good texture

Great communication! *Superb* product! Shipping very timely! Thank you 💜

The taste was so good

Phil is amazing! He was so kind and delivered the fudge straight to our business! I appreciate him so much and will contact this company again soon!

Awesome fudge. I particularly like the fact that it was shipped by purolator otherwise it would have melted into a puddle in my rural mailbox. Thankyou!!!
