Good customer service, and fast, next day delivery.

I've lost 6st on my weight loss with phlo.clinic, they look after me making sure I don't lose to much weight and would recommend them to anyone who want to lose weight.

I’ve been using Mounjaro since January 2025. I started to see results quite quickly, although there were periods where my weight remained stable. Even during those times, I could see changes in my body shape and overall composition.

I am no longer using Mounjaro and have lost around 5 stone in total. For me, it wasn’t a “quick fix” – I’ve had to adapt my eating habits and now exercise regularly to help maintain my weight loss.

Phlo Clinic has always been responsive to messages and queries. However, I haven’t used their additional support services extensively, so I can’t comment fully on the level of personal input provided.

What I have found lacking is the personal touch. I’ve used other services in the past where an allocated pharmacist checked in personally every month, and more often if needed. That level of ongoing support hasn’t been my experience with Phlo, so I feel there is room for improvement in that area.

Phlo Clinic has been a great service to use. They have a wide range of services. They have well informed, supportive staff that can help navigate you through your weight loss journey. Ordering medication is quick and easy with a simple review that is done regularly to help ensure patient safety. Medication is delivered in a quick and timely fashion and they will send prompts and reminders to help you keep on top of re-ordering.

Phlo is the best online company I use. From the initial form submission to consultation, to then receiving my medication they keep you informed at every stage as well as checking in on you.
Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Phlo Clinic are very professional, I've never had any issues with deliveries. My weight loss journey from July last year on Mounjaro has been a steady loss, 3st 3lb, from 13st 3lb down to 10st & i feel so much better as I'm only 5ft 1.5in so feeling much more confident & healthy, thanks for my journey so far, nearly there 😀
