While still being serious the instructor was still a good laugh, all together it was a great experience and I learned a lot of new things that I hadn’t know before and many thanks to jeorge for helping me through out the day and helping me pass my cbt

First of all i just want to say a massive thanks to the guys at bristol, They made everything so much easier than I thought it would be, I had Will for both mod1/mod2 training and he was absolutely brilliant. He made everything clear and easy to understand and we had a good laugh that instantly puts everyone at ease, had conversations with most instructors and you could tell straight away every one of them has a passion for bikes and teaching you to be safe on the road

Fantastic instructors that trained me to ride properly not just pass the tests. Had a great 2 full days of training plus a bit of ‘revision’ on the way to both visits to the test centre. I went from never riding to passing both Mod1 and 2 first time. I couldn’t be happier with how it all went.

The whole experience was great! The really friendly and knowledgeable instructors were fantastic.

Excellent training for MOD1 and MOD2 from the Bristol Team. Sean and Will are first class riders and provided excellent training and also made it good fun. I have no hesitation in recommending.

17 year old son successfully completed his CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle Training Bristol after Try Ride and pre-CBT sessions. He appreciated the instructors being straightforward, friendly, helpful, and never patronising if a skill needed to be repeated several times before it was grasped.

I wanted to do my CBT to give me confidence on my new moped. My daughter needed to pass too in order to ride so we decided to do it together. We were both a little nervous and worried we’d be comically useless but from the moment we arrived Martin put us at ease and Jeorg entertained us whilst doing a very good job at drilling into us the importance of all aspects of safety and our responsibilities as bike users. We then all (5 of us) excitedly started the on-site riding which we kept doing until they were confident we were fit to be released onto the roads. Everyone was allowed to proceed which was great. After a Highway Code talk we were split up into two groups with higher engine riders going off with Jeorg and Martin being lumbered with us.
I should say that it was an extremely hot day and we were sent into the shade at various times over the morning to cool down and water was always available. Once out Martin was kind enough to stop for briefings in the shade and whipped out chilled water from his cooler bag for us, it was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We loved our trip out and were able to hear Martin through an earpiece. If ever there was a hazard ahead he could make sure we were aware of what to do and that built confidence whilst out on the bikes for the first time. After completing all our compulsory tasks to prove we weren’t a danger we headed back to the test centre through The Downs of Clifton which was wonderful. Thank you Martin and Jeorg for your patience and support and for getting us through our CBT. I highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training, the bikes were comfortable, they provided any equipment we didn’t have and the training was done in a professional but very enjoyable manner. Thank you.

Will was great - knowledgable, patient, encouraging and fun. Course was reassuringly thorough - it’s a long day but worth it to learn the basics of how to be safe on the road.

Completed my full licence with Phoenix motorcycle training and I can't fault them. Will is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic tuition, bikes and preparation for tests. Got me through no problems at all. Sean was a great instructor and would absolutely recommend this school to others.

Excellent experience, very welcoming and helped me on my challenges. Will talked me through everything and what will happen during my motorcycle experience and how to go onto the next stage. They helped me due to being very short and had the right bike for me to use.

I would highly recommend Phoenix Bristol for your CBT course. I had jorge as my instructor yesterday. He was really helpful with alot of knowledge that he was trying to pass on. He was more than happy to show you how he wanted things done before you attempted them.
He was a top bloke.
I hope to use Pheonix fot achieving my full licence also in the future.
