instruction was good he is a good man

Phoenix were extremely professional but also kind and patient. I suffer anxiety and throughout the CBT, my trainer was understanding and yet again patient. Throughout the CBT I felt confident and safe.

I had a brilliant instructor he took his time and made it pretty straightforward he didn’t over complicate things would definitely recommend to anyone to use Phoenix motorcycle training

The instructor Chris White made the whole training very easy and simple to understand and put into practice, I would definitely recommend this company as they are extremely efficient.

Highly recommend. Spot on training. Helpful staff in booking courses and very good instructors once started. First time pass and made to feel at ease even when my nerves started playing up!

I found the training on the day very useful. Safety is the ultimate goal when riding on the road. My instructor Shane was excellent and was able to guide me through the training and ensure I was competent to operate a motorbike at the end of the session.

The pad training could be in a flatter surface area in my view( i know there are up and down we need to get use to 😂)

Good ride out for CBT renewal with Chris today, was very patient and understood that I needed him to repeat instructions (ADHD) without me explicitly saying so, lovely chap - put all our nerves at ease and made the day a good ride out even though we were all in various stages of having a cold and the roads being somewhat slippery!. Hoping to stay with Phoenix and finally do something about moving on from CBTS!

Been with Phoenix since the day of my CBT, through to A2 and now A license. Very grateful to all of the team, especially Chris who guided me through and helped me secure the pass on all the stages. Highly recommend!

I had a very shaky start to my CBT, however, Chris, my instructor was very patient with me and taught me very well. This allowed my confidence to grow throughout the day so a massive thank you to him.

I had Chris for my CBT on Monday. What an amazing guy and top instructor he is!
I had previously done my CBT many years ago with a different company, with the intention of doing my full licence, but health and life got in the way.
Having done it before, I turned up in the morning thinking it would just be a boring tick box day just to get it out of the way so I could finally go for my full licence, but Chris made it fun and interesting.
He spent the day imparting all his knowledge, experience and jokes to keep it interesting and fun.
Knowing I am going for my full licence, he took extra time to talk me through all the steps of what I would be facing for Mod1 and 2, giving me advice and tips to make sure I was well prepared. He didn't have to do this as it was just the CBT day, but you can tell he has great passion for what he does and wants you to be better and succeed.
I was considering the previous company I had trained with to complete my full licence and was just coming to Phoenix for the CBT as they had an earlier date, but now I wouldn't use anyone else!
