Absolutely amazing service, from trying a big bike to getting my full motorbike licence, the instructor (will) was very helpful in explaining how or what was needed to pass each MOD's. Looking forward to returning to advance my riding skills

The instructor, Rich, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and encouraging. The ride-out was extremely good as well, some nice scenery as well as covering many different situations.
Other Phoenix team members were also very friendly and chatty.

I went to the Phoenix Centre at Crystal Palace. It’s quite a nice place, big and open, next to the athletics stadium.
But it was our instructor Darren that made it special. He was great, a mixture of informative professionalism and ‘say it like it is’ honesty, combined with a fun sense of humour. For me, the highlight of the day was when we went out on the road. Darren seemed to see everything before we did and gave constant tips, warnings and encouragement, all delivered in a calm, reassuring manner.
I was quite nervous beforehand but right from the start he made me feel right at home.
I learnt loads, gained a lot of confidence and basically had a really enjoyable day.

A big thank you to Martin who helped me pass my CBT training in Leamington Spa.

He was very attentive and knew exactly how to explain the different skills in a way that each individual person could understand.

Martin was very patient an knew exactly what you were getting right and what you were getting wrong which really helped with confidence on the bike.

I would highly recommend if you are looking to get your CBT training not just 'done' but done properly.

Great facilities, brand new bike. Our instructor was approachable but very thorough. He did a great job of introducing everything we might expect to meet on the Erith test routes which are not the easiest. I felt prepared going into my Mod 2. Got a first time pass!!! Thanks Phoenix!

I completed my CBT, Module 1 and Module 2 training and tests through Phoenix Motorcycle Training at their Bristol and Bath locations, all within just over a month.

The instructors were professional, patient, and reassuring throughout, making the whole process far less stressful than I expected. They created a relaxed atmosphere, kept things enjoyable, and always took the time to explain things clearly.

The training bikes were all well-maintained and in excellent condition, which gave me confidence throughout the training and tests.

I have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Motorcycle Training to anyone looking to obtain their motorcycle licence. A great team, excellent training, and an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Amazing training, and amazing instruction.

Went in with now previous motorcycle experience, and left passing my CBT. The instructor was considerate, informative and very helpful with all aspects of the course. I very much enjoyed the experience and would recommend the school to anybody looking to get qualified.

Great CBT relaxed and informative

I had a fantastic experience completing my CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle Training and would highly recommend them.

The instructor (Sam) was incredibly patient throughout the day, taking the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and progressing at their own pace. The instructions were always clear and easy to follow and whenever I got stuck or didn't fully understand something, the explanations were really helpful and never rushed.

A particular shout-out to Sam, who was brilliant during the training and on-road ride. Her calm approach, clear guidance and focus on safety gave me confidence and made the road ride an enjoyable and valuable learning experience and I had a lot to learn in one day. Definitely memorable!

What I particularly appreciated was that there was plenty of opportunity to assess, together with Sam, whether I was genuinely ready to move on to the next stage. There was no pressure and that focus on safety and readiness felt really important and that it was taken seriously.

Overall, it was such a good day and a great combination of professional/ supportive/ enjoyable and confidence-building from start to finish.
