Empresa mentirosa,fiz a avaliação e simplismente inventaram um monte de mentiras para não aprovar minha conta mesmo fazendo tudo certo.apresentam um relatorio sem nexo, chegando a mentir inclusive.
NÃO COMPREM DESAFIOS,VÃO PERDER DINHEIRO.
Fazem uma propaganda enganosa, Dizem que o desafio é sem regra, mas se voce for lucrativo isso não serve de nada. fiz 46% de lucro com mais de 100 operaçoes 83% de acerto, isso simplesmente não serviu de nada. ignoraram e inventam desculpas sem nexo e mentiras.

their MERIT account is a lie and on their performance review they manipulate things. i only traded for 18 days somehow they extended everything to 20 days. i stopped at 9,681 profit for a 100k account. which means i would pass any eval in the prop industry. sadly not with them they manipulated their dashboard to where it states i brought the account back to 1k profit. sadly i stopped trading at 9,681 profit, which was on the 18th day of the account. in addition to this before going into profit i did bring the account down to 97,741. its funny because i lost less than 3% of the account to make a 9% which they later manipulated and stated i went and almost lost it all. if that isnt worst, these people had the audacity to say my strategy is martingale when i use orderflow. they said i took 265 trades ? huh on what wasting my time and money on a SCAM account chellenge that out of 15 people in the discord group i am apart of none passed and had better results than me. they also stated my drawdown was 93% of the account when the drawdown is the whole account. funny how the report and what's actually going on don't correlate with a really good report. they also said my max volume on a trade was 800 lots ? who TF is opening up 800 lots on a 100k account. while my max volume on a day was 4600 lots, trust me my eyes must be lying to me or im delusional. max volume per trade for me was 20 micros i wouldnt be able to open more than 30 micros, so trust me this report that they say is golden is really GABAGE aka "BASURA"

Hello, first of all, we apologize for taking so long to reply. It turns out that the e-mail address you gave Trustpilot is different from the Phoenix e-mail address, so it was difficult to locate your account.
Indeed, 800 contracts on a trade seems huge, unless you buy and partially sell positions a certain number of times in a row, in which case it becomes possible since we consider that a trade starts at the moment of a position equal to 0 and ends with a position equal to 0, everything that happens between these 2 moments is included in the trade. After a thorough analysis, it's clear that your account behaved very strangely on December 2 on the M6E symbol, when you actually placed the equivalent of 4600 micro contracts in volume, buying and selling 10 by 10 contracts for almost an hour.
Finally, the 800-contract trade was placed on the ES micro on November 26 at 10pm UTC+1, when you bought and sold the equivalent of 800 positions through a series of successive buy and sell orders for 10 micro contracts.
In any case, this behavior is extremely strange but results from orders placed on Rithmic, and not from any bug or manipulation on our part. We can, of course, provide full proof of these orders and the history of your IP connections.
We have contacted you to clarify this matter and await your reply, but in cases like this where it seems obvious that something is wrong you could have opened a support ticket and we would have immediately seen the problem and it could have been resolved quickly.
Finally, trading Orderflow and making a martingale are two incomparable things. Orderflow is a way of trading, martingale is the act of adding to a losing position, so one doesn't in any way preclude the other.

3) Você recebeu um reembolso total no dia seguinte à sua solicitação.
Sinceramente, não sei o que mais podemos fazer neste momento, pois essa avaliação não reflete uma experiência real do cliente.
