Bahut hi ghatiya app hai phone pe no customer care no problem solve no calls you can't contact customer care

Dear Friends I am a midlle class person working as a teacher. This Phone Pe is totally a Fraud App.They stolen my money 1,18,945 on 01-04-26.Still they have not deposited. Dear Phone Pe users please don't purchase Gold and Silver in Phone Pe. They are doing illegal works. It is a Spider web don't trapped in in it.So many people are suffering by not getting their money. Phone Pe will cheat you. I am suiciding. I have no other way to get my money. Google Play take action on them if you are honest.

Terrible customer service, non contactable. It is not a customer oriented company. I hope other reliable companies do come up to support NRE customers.

My PhonePe account is blocked since 6th January 2026.
I have submitted request to unblock it at least 30 times till date. The service tickets are closed without closing the issue or communicating what the issue is. It appears that there are inside fraud and PhonePe is not at all safe. I , along with my family members and colleagues , have moved to other platforms with lakhs worth of transactions and PhonePe is least concerned about it

I was trying to register a new account on phonepe and trying to add my bank account but I am not able to add my bank account kindly help me with the issue that I will rate u five star

I am new to this application trying to do payments but they are not adding my bank account telling there is some error I don't know what to do exactly about this I can give 5 star after my bank account link

I registered on phonepay business 3 months ago, after registered agent was visited after one for verification of documents but as per phonepay policy he need to visit within 24 hours to verify of documents, the agent visited my office and he was verified my all documents and he asked me that my business account will activate after 4.5 hours but after 2 months passed my acount still not activate and he is not picked my call also, very poor service provided by phonepay business team support. I give 0 rating

It has been almost 15 days since we applied for your payment gateway. At first, no one contacted me for several days. Then, one of your agents contacted me they have been asking for a new document every other day. I rate your onboarding process 0 stars!!

It has now been ONE MONTH since I received a QR code payment through PhonePe and the money is still missing. Not delayed. Not “processing.” Missing. 💸

💬 Try the in app chat → frozen screen → no resolution.
📧 Email address to complain? Apparently that is top secret.

For a company handling people’s money, the complete absence of real human support is beyond ridiculous. It is like shouting into a digital black hole.

And when my son tried to help and called from a non registered number? he was told they can only speak to the registered phone. Fine. Except the registered phone gets you stuck in the same useless automated maze. So what exactly is the solution here? Manifest the money back? 🔮

This has caused serious stress for me - a 75 year old lady. We are not talking about pocket change. We are talking about trust. And right now, there is none.

Here is where this goes next. If this is not resolved immediately, you will be hearing from my lawyer. I am prepared to escalate this formally and legally. 🧾⚖️

Never again PhonePe. I will not be using this service in the future, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about trusting them with their money.

Do better. Or be prepared to answer for it.

Phonepe has Worst service, really hard to get support and if you submit ticket without resolution will close the ticket.

I do not recommend to use phonepay app.

never take pahone pe payment gateway they will not give proper guidence and support i lost 10 days for this all ticket i just riced they will not respond well

totally fraud company phonepe and representative also. without giving smart speaker 🔊, monthly rental deducted of rs.125, and now said it is not refundable.

PhonePe customer care is pathetic. They are themselves not very much aware of the app and how it integrates with the Ecommerce platforms. It's just a painful process of passing on the buck to the next perosn, only to wait, wait and wait without any resolution. It's my honest feedback, if possible, please avoid PhonePe during payment integarion of your buisness.

AVOID PHONEPE.

Registered the app with my US phone number. When I try to create a PIN for my registered bank accounts, it goes through the OTP, debit card PINs and all, and at the end shows an error message that something went wrong. Tried for many days, no luck. Customer service is an Indian number, so I bought phone credit and called it. It's advertised as 24/7 support but the automated reply said that it couldn't find an agent, please call after sometime. Repeatedly. Wasted phone credit. Tried to register a complaint on their support & grievance websites. The only way to proceed is to receive an OTP which never arrives. No email address. A totally useless app. Also, 99% fake reviews on Google Play Store.

worst support received from phonepe ..support team only interested in changing the status of our raised queries to resolved instead of actually providing resolution on it.. would never recommend to use this
