Two days before Thanksgiving we sent a lifetime of photos to photo panda . Our box of photos was lost. Contrary to the companies promise they were not insured . My wife and I are heart broken . Although they have been sympathetic we have been leading the charge to have this box recovered. They told us this has happened about 1 percent of the time.
These people should not be entrusted with your precious photos.

I recently used PhotoPanda’s photo scanning service, and I’m so impressed with the results! 🖼️✨

I had boxes of old photos gathering dust, and I wanted to preserve them before they faded away. PhotoPanda made the entire process super easy – from the convenient mail-in service to the high-quality scans they provided. The colors and details came out so vibrant, and I was amazed at how quickly they processed everything.

What I love most is that now I can access all my memories digitally, which makes sharing with family and friends so much easier. Plus, their customer service was excellent and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

wow....if you always feel customer service is dead these days...and no one cares about your business....you need to deal with these guys for a whole new outlook. "Above and beyond" does not even begin to describe who they are and how they handle their customers. they respond quickly and they are 100% focused on make the customer 110% happy and they did that with me. Not only were their prices better than their competitors, their servcie will blow you away.

I had a great experience with PhotoPanda. It was quick and very easy. All I had to do was organize my photos by size and then cram as many as I could into the box (free postage) they sent me. The photos were returned quickly with a lovely wooden box with lovely wooden USB memory stick.

PhotoPanda met all my expectations of a great photo scanning service for a reasonable price. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I appreciated the simple purchase process of being sent a box to put my photos in without having to worry about counting out how many photos would be scanned. The scanning process itself was quick and professional with both an online cloud album and USB drive to access all of my digital scans. I would definitely recommend PhotoPanda and plan to scan more photos.

First and most important, I was very happy with the scans. I sent a cache of old photos, mostly from the 50's and 60's. They did a great job with the original scans and the enhanced images. In addition, they kept me informed at every step of the way. Looking forward to putting together my family photobook.

Everything was beyond my expectations - loved having the groups of photos just as I had requested and many of the scanned photos were better/clearer than the paper ones!
I didn't realize (hadn't read - and that is on me) that the backs of all the photos would be scanned or I would have written notes.
Over all - excellent results!

Photo panda made it so easy to digitalize my photos. Now I know they are secure and I am able to organize them for my family. The were very prompt and kept me informed along the way

This is the first time I used PhotoPanda. It's been a very positive experience. The steps are very straight forward, once you select the amount of the pics you want to scan, they will mail you the box and you put all the pics into it. They are very responsive and helpful if you have any question. The quality of the scanned photos is excellent. I am so happy now I have all of my historical paper photos in the digital format in my computer and also in PhotoPanda's achieve. Thank you for providing an excellent service, PhotoPanda!

PhotoPanda did exactly what it said it would. Super easy process, speedy action, really nice result. I just completed the free envelope and am processing a box.

HIGH QUALITY scans. PhotoPanda sent two scans of every photo--I was delighted with the "enhanced" scans. Also: PhotoPanda scanned the backside of any photo with something on the back. Really valuable for my photos -- all of them old, some with dates on the back, some with notations in my mother's handwriting. I am just very HAPPY with my scans.

Smooth and simple process. I even moved while the photos were getting scanned and it was easy to change the return address for my originals. Only thing I would say is that occasionally both the front and back of a photo was scanned which makes viewing a slower process.
