Put in my order on September 11 and still no package a month later. No way to tack the order and emails from their customer support are unanswered.

This was my first purchase and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I emailed with questions and they are very prompt about responding. Responses where very detailed and helpful as well. The product itself was simply amazing. It surpassed expectations for sure. This will not be my last purchase with the and look forward to my next adventure with their products. Thank you again

Absolutely recommend!
I’ve had a couple of orders from Phreak now and I don’t think I’d now buy toys elsewhere. The detail and quality that goes into each toy is beautiful, the colours are always gorgeous and the quality is great! I love the fact you can customise to your individual needs, the online chat is quick and super helpful if you’re stuck on anything at all and the packages themselves just add a lovely finishing touch.. there’s rainbow packing and free sweets, what more could you want?! I own three pieces now, and will be ordering more soon! My partner and I have both been impressed with them.

Took 4 plus snail mail
Took 4 weeks to arrive, good quality product. Will definitely order again. Only down side it took 5 days for the Royal Mail to deliver after they received it, which seems pretty poor these days
