Hey there,
I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t find Practicals as user-friendly on mobile as you’d like. While we’ve worked hard to optimize the platform for both desktop and mobile, we do find that the experience tends to be smoother on desktop—simply due to the nature of video-based learning.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. If you have any specific suggestions on what could make the mobile experience better, I’d love to hear them! Feel free to reach out to me at kevin@physio-network.com.
We truly appreciate you giving Practicals a try, and we’d love to have you back in the future.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations.
At Physio Network, we’re proud to work with world-leading experts, most of whom are English speakers due to our roots as an Australian company. To make their knowledge accessible, we provide Spanish subtitles for all Masterclasses. Additionally, the rest of the platform—such as the entire library and added resources—has been translated into Spanish for a smoother user experience.
While we’d love to offer fully Spanish-speaking Masterclasses in the future, it’s not something we can do at this time due to resource limitations. That said, we aim to make it clear before signing up that the lectures are in English with Spanish subtitles.
We’re glad you had the chance to explore the platform through the free trial, and we hope you found some value in the resources provided. If there’s anything specific you think we could improve, we’d love to hear your suggestions.

A great place to learn
I just love learning from the Masterclasses. Very easy to learn, great examples, amazing people teaching you the latest in the field.
